The building also carries cultural memory. Architectural design is a traditional service industry. Through changing times, our contemporary and modern construction industry also experienced reborn in baptism. Architectural design and real estate industry with a high degree of relevance, especially in the past thirty years of real estate development, architecture and construction industry chain in this rare historical opportunity has also been rapid developed. Along with the rapid development of the national economy, the real estate industry has become a pillar industry of the country. According to the National Bureau of Statistics figures shows that nationwide 2013 new housing construction area has reached two billion square meters. However, with the deepening of the past decade between the market-oriented reform, regional boundaries of architectural design market is completely broken, outside the open international architectural design coupled with our organization further pair have joined the fray, which occurred in the existing market structure a huge change. In the context of the macroeconomic situation, there is a forecast that Chinas current urbanization rate has the impact on the market in the next few years. Combined with further specialization in the industry and cluster development trend, architectural design companies will begin to enter a market differentiation and integration of a new phase. Cutting-edge technology to intensify the development of the industry to adapt to change and expand the market areas related to the design industry, and a more professional look cluster market expansion, thereby increasing endogenous radiation effects, increasing market share and profit margins in order to maintain a sustained, steady competitive advantage, is the current reality of the challenges for the architectural design industry. The more rapid development of such a long-term industry, the more memory the hidden crisis of development will be. Currently, in the face of domestic and international economic situation is extremely complicated environment, but also it will bring a potential threat to the overall construction industry, including architectural design. Therefore, in order to explore more suitable for their own development strategies and models to deal with possible future changes in the market, its also the priority for the architectural design industry. Shanghai HM Architectural Design co., LTD has more than 30 years of history with a deep restructuring in those years. Under the current environment with full market competition, in order to enable enterprises to maintain a healthy and sustainable development, and also to shoulder the responsibility of the social and cultural industries, in this paper, PEST model, five forces model and the internal and external factors evaluation matrix as well as other tools for business and enterprise internal and external macro-environment analysis to identify the key factors that influence the development of enterprises. SWOT analysis of the opportunity faced by enterprises, threats, strengths and weaknesses were derived, to define the future development direction, eventually combined with the companys vision and mission proposed expansion of areas of expertise, professional integration by integrating cutting-edge technology and in-depth strategy for mining industry enable enterprises to create market differentiation competitive advantage. In response to the growing competition in the market environment, and to achieve enterprises to further expand market share and improve their overall revenue target, therefore Shanghai MH Architectural Design co., LTD has developped the strategy to ensure that the enterprise has ability to go with the long-term development.
