彭州市双虎家私消防水池施工方案 成都宇华建筑防水工程有限公司电话1388006586822011年7月18日施工准备材料要求及主要机具：1水泥：宜用325号以上的普通硅酸盐水泥，亦可用矿渣硅酸盐水泥，有侵蚀性介质作用时，应按设计要求选用。2砂：用中砂，不得含有杂物。含泥量不得超过3%，使用前必须过35mm孔径的筛。3外加剂：防水粉、防水油，也可采用有机硅防水剂、氯化物金属盐类防水剂。均应按产品说明书正确使用。4主要机具：灰板、铁抹子、阴阳角抹子、半截大桶、钢丝刷、软毛刷、八字靠尺、榔头、尖凿子、捻錾子、铁锹、扫帚、木抹子、刮杠等。作业条件：1结构验收合格，已办好验收手续。2地下防水施工期间做好排水，直至防水工程全部完工为止。排水、降水措施应按施工方案执行。3预留孔洞、管道进出口等细部处理完毕。操作工艺一、工艺流程：墙、地面基层处理 刷水泥素浆抹底层砂浆刷水泥素浆 抹面层砂浆刷水泥砂浆养护二、基层处理：1、混凝土墙面如有蜂窝及松散的混凝土，要剔掉，用水冲刷干净，然后用13水泥砂浆抹平或用12干硬性水泥砂浆捻实。表面油污应用10%火碱水溶液刷洗干净，混凝土表面应凿毛。2、砖墙抹防水层时，必须在砌砖时划缝，深度为1012mm。穿墙预埋管露出基层，在其周围剔成2030mm宽，5060mm深的槽，用12干硬性水泥砂浆捻实。管道穿墙应按设计要求做好防水处理，并办理隐检手续。三、混凝土墙抹水泥砂浆防水层1、刷水泥素浆：配合比为水泥水防水油=10.80.025（重量比），先将水泥与水拌合，然后再加入防水油搅拌均匀，再用软毛刷在基层表面涂刷均匀，随即抹底层防水砂浆。2、60.65，稠度为78cm。先将防水粉和水泥、砂子拌匀后，再加水拌合。搅拌均匀后进行抹灰操作，底灰抹灰厚度为510mm，在灰末凝固之前用扫帚扫毛。砂浆要随拌随用。拌合及使用砂浆时间不宜超过60min，严禁使用过夜砂浆。3、刷水泥素浆：在底灰抹完后，常温时隔1d，再刷水泥素浆，配合比及做法与第一层相同。4、抹面层砂浆：刷过素浆后，紧接着抹面层，配合比同底层砂浆，抹灰厚度在510mm左右，凝固前要用木抹子搓平，用铁抹子压光。5、刷水泥素浆：面层抹完后1d刷水泥素浆一道，配合比为水泥水防水油=110.03（重量比），做法和第一层相同。四、砖墙抹水泥砂浆防水层1、基层浇水湿润：抹灰前一天用水管把砖墙浇透，第二天抹灰时再把砖墙洒水湿润。2、抹底层砂浆：配合比为水泥砂=12.5，加水泥重3%的防水粉。先用铁抹子薄薄刮一层，然后再用木抹子上灰，槎平，压实表面并顺平。抹灰厚度为610mm左右。3、抹水泥素浆：底层抹完后12d，将表面浇水湿润，再抹水泥防水素浆，掺水泥重3%的防水粉。先将水泥与防水粉拌合，然后加入适量水搅拌均匀，用铁抹子薄薄抹一层，厚度在1mm左右。4、抹面层砂浆：抹完水泥素浆之后，紧接着抹面层砂浆，配合比与底层相同，先用木抹子搓平，后用铁抹子压实、压光。抹灰厚度在68mm之间。5、刷水泥素浆：面层抹灰1d后，刷水泥素浆，配合比为水泥水防水油=110.03（重量比），方法是先将水泥与水拌匀后，加入防水油再搅拌均匀，用软毛刷子将面层均匀涂刷一遍。五、地面抹水泥砂浆防水层：1清理基层：将垫层上松散的混凝土、砂浆等清洗干净，凸出的鼓包剔除。2刷水泥素浆：配合比为水泥防水油=10.03（重量比），加上适量水拌合成粥状，铺摊在地面上，用扫帚均匀扫一遍。3抹底层砂浆：底层用13水泥砂浆，掺入水泥重3%5%的防水粉。拌好的砂浆倒在地上，用杠尺刮平，木抹子顺平，铁抹子压一遍。4刷水泥素浆：常温间隔1d后刷水泥素浆一道，配合比为水泥防水油=10.03（重量比）加适量水。5抹面层砂浆：刷水泥素浆后，接着抹面层砂浆，配合比及做法用底层。6刷水泥素浆：面层砂浆初凝后刷最后一遍素浆（不要太薄，以满足耐磨的要求），配合比为水泥防水油=10.01（重量比），加适量水，使其与面层砂浆紧密结合在一起，并压光、压实。7养护：待地面有一定强度后，表面盖麻袋或草袋经常浇水湿润，养护时间视气温条件决定，一般为7d，矿渣硅酸盐水泥不应少于14d，此期间不得受静水压作用。冬期养护环境温度不宜低于+5。六、抹灰程序，接槎及阴阳角做法：1、抹灰程序，一般先抹立墙后抹地面。槎子不应甩在阴阳角处，各层抹灰槎子不得留在一条线上，底层与面层塔槎在1520cm之间，接槎时要先刷水泥防水素浆。所有墙的阴角都要做半径50mm的圆角，阳角做成半径为10mm的圆角。地面上的阴角都要做成50mm以上的圆角，用阴角抹子压光、压实。2、五层做法总厚度控制在20mm左右。多层做法宜连续施工，各层紧密结合，不留或不少留施工缝，如必须留时应留成阶梯槎，接槎要依照层次顺序操作，层层搭接紧密，接槎位置均需离开阴角处200mm。质量标准一、保证项目：1、原材料（水泥、砂）、外加剂、配合比及其做法，必须符合设计要求和施工规范的规定。2、水泥砂浆防水层与基层必须结合牢固，无空鼓。二、基本项目：1、外观：表面平整、密实、无裂纹、起砂、麻面等缺陷。阴阳角呈圆弧形，尺寸符合要求。2、留槎位置正确，按层次顺序操作，层层搭接紧密。三、 成品保护 1、抹灰架子要离开墙面15cm。拆架子时不得碰坏口角及墙面。 2、落地灰要及时清理使用，做到活完脚下清。3、地面上人不能过早。四、 应注意的质量问题 1、空鼓、裂缝：基层未处理好，刷素浆前混凝土表面未进行凿毛，油污处未用灰碱刷洗干净，以致出现空鼓、裂缝。另外，养护不好，养护期限不够，也是原因之一。2、渗漏：各层抹灰时间掌握不当，跟得太紧，出现流坠。素浆干的太快，抹面层砂浆粘结不牢易造成渗水。接槎、穿墙管等细部处理不好，易造成局部渗漏。必须按规定认真操作。成都宇华建筑防水工程有限公司 联系人：李咏辉 2011年7月18日g an employment tribunal claimEmployment tribunals sort out disagreements between employers and employees.You may need to make a claim to an employment tribunal if: you dont agree with the disciplinary action your employer has taken against you your employer dismisses you and you think that you have been dismissed unfairly.For more information about dismissal and unfair dismissal, seeDismissal.You can make a claim to an employment tribunal, even if you haventappealedagainst the disciplinary action your employer has taken against you.
