主谓一致类型一 名词作主语例题：1. His family going to have a long journey. 2. The whole family watching TV. 3. The population in China very large, and eighty percent of the population in China farmers. 4. Today, about a quarter of the worlds population (speak) English.解题：一个整体用单数，多个成员用复数，区别不显均可用。 集体名词主要有：group, team, class, family, army, enemy, club, crow, company 等等。 5. The police searching for(搜索) thief. 6. Cattle (provide) us with milk and beef.解题：遇上这些集体名词（people, police, cattle 牛），谓语只用复数。 7. A sheep over there. 8. Some sheep over there. 9. The quickest means of travel by plane. 解题：单复数同形名词：deer, sheep, fish 等或者 means(方法)、crossroads(十字路口)、series(系列)、headquarters (总部)、 species(种类)等，根据意思决定单、复数。 12. Mathematics easy to you. 13.
