1. Selection Guidance and Criteria/ 评选指南和标准：1.1. Selection Guidance for MANN+HUMMEL Scholarship/奖学金评选指南：Basic Qualification/基本资格:(1) The fourth year bachelor students major in Mechanical design and Automation, Material Forming and Control Engineering. And, the first year master students major in Mechanical Design and Theory or Mechanical Design and Automation or Automotive Engineering.高校在校生中机械设计制造及其自动化专业及材料成型及控制工程四年级本科学生、机械设计及理论、机械制造及其自动化、车辆工程专业二年级硕士研究生。(2) Willing to join party A as intern or formal employee有意愿加入甲方实习或工作(3) Study hard. Average score of the second year is in top 40%.学习勤奋, 前一学年各科平均成绩排名前40%（三等或三等以上奖学金）(4) Comply with “Behavior criterion of students in high school” and other regulations in the university, hold together with classmates and be a model of students.遵守“高等学校学生行为规范”和学校各项规章制度，关心集体，团结同学，在学生中具有典型的示范作用。(5) Pass University CET-6, Fluent verbal and written English 大学英语六级以上,流利的英文口语和良好的写作能力Preference Qualification/可优先考虑资格:（1）Received special recognition or awards in the field of Automotive or Mechanical.在汽车或机械领域有特殊成就（2）Good verbal and written German德语口语良好（3）Received awards of “Advanced student” , “Excellent student” or “Excellent cadre”.被评为校（院）“先进个人”或“三好学生”或“优秀学生干部”。（4）Participation in social work or student leagues actively, Show team cooperation and leadership traits.积极参与社会实践或学生社团工作，有一定的团队协作能力和领导能力。（5）Participation in community service or volunteer activity有一定的社会责任感，积极参与社区服务或志愿活动等。 1.2. Selection Criteria is as appendixes 1. 评选标准见附件1。2.Scholarship Appraisal Principle and Process / 奖学金评选原则与流程2.1.Selection time and Award time /评选时间和颁奖时间The selection will start from year 2011, in November annually. The ceremony for awarding will be held in December annually. 获奖人评选活动从2011年开始, 时间为每年11月份, 颁奖时间为每年12月份.2.2.
