This plan is scientific, feasible and intrusive for the guidance of the construction MEP engineering of Roche Pharmaceuticals R&D buildings. 1.2 编制依据: Develop basis罗氏制药研发支持楼项目工程的招标文件;Roche pharmaceuticals R & D support building project tender documents;罗氏制药研发支持楼项目机电工程的设计图纸; Roche pharmaceuticals R & D support floor mechanical and electrical engineering design drawings;建筑给水排水及采暖工程施工质量验收规范GB50242-2002;Building water supply and drainage and heating engineering specifications for construction quality acceptance GB50242-2002; 给水排水管道工程施工及验收规范GB50268-2008Water supply and drainage pipeline engineering construction and acceptance norms GB50268-2008建筑工程施工质量验收统一标准(GB50300-2001)Architectural engineering construction quality acceptance standard (GB50300-2001) 建筑施工安全检查标准(JGJ59-99)Building construction safety inspection standards (JGJ59-99) 建筑施工高空作业安全技术规范(JGJ80-91)Construction high rise work safety technical specifications (JGJ80-91) 建设工程项目管理规范GB/T50326Construction project management standard GB/T50326 相应的国家规范、标准;relevant national norms and standard本专业历史上类似工程的经验 ;major similar project experience 1.3工程施工目标:Construction goals:1.3.1 质量目标 Quality Goals本专业安装工程的质量控制目标:交给业主一个既满足国家规范要求又让业主满意的合格产品。The professional installation engineering quality control objectives: meet the owners requirements as well as national regulatory requirements.1.3.2工期目标Duration targets给排水专业标段工程我们依假定开工日期为2013年5月1日,2013年11月30日结束,共计214个日历天;给排水验收时间:2013.11.12013.11.30。 During the period of water supply tenders , we have assumed that the start date is May 1st , 2013, the end November 30th , 2013, in all 214 calendar days; water supply and drainage time: 2013.11.12013.11.301.3.3安全目标 Security Goals施工工程中,本专业将采取切实可行的措施和充足的安全投入,建立完善的安全施工管理机制,确保本项目施工全过程无重大伤亡事故、无火灾事故和无恶性中毒事件目标。During the construction, this discipline will adopt practical measures and adequate investment into safety, establish and improve the safety of construction management mechanisms to ensure that the whole construction process of this project, guaranteeing that no major casualties, no fire accidents, and no any poisoning incidents occur. 1.3.4环境保护和文明施工目标 Environmental Protection and civilized construction target本专业将严格按照上海市有关建筑工程施工的各项管理规定执行,加强施工组织和现场安全、文明施工管理。成为既满足设计要求又满足建筑物使用功能的绿色建筑,我们将严格按照环保体系的重点来实施本专业项目。This discipline will perform in strict accordance with the regulations on building construction in Shanghai, and we will strengthen the construction organization and on-site security and civilized construction management so as to meet the design requirements and green building goal. R & D support building建设单位:上海罗氏制药有限公司 Construction Unit: Shanghai Roche Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd.设计单位:信息产业电子第十一设计研究院科技工程股份有限公司Design Unit: The Eleventh Design and Research Institute of Information Industry Technology Engineering Co., Ltd.人防设计单位:上海民防建筑设计研究院有限公司Civil air defense design units: Shanghai Civil Defence Institute of Architectural Design Co., Ltd. 监理单位:上海同济工程项目管理咨询有限公司Supervision Unit: Shanghai Tongji Construction Project Management Consulting Co., Ltd. 建设地点:上海市浦东新区龙东大道1100号 Construction Location: Long Dong Avenue, Pudong New Area, Shanghai, 11002.2工程概况及系统介绍Project Overview2.2.1本工程位于上海市上海张江高科技园区,大楼北侧为龙东大道,南侧为李时珍路,东侧为日月光厂区,西侧为勃林格殷格翰厂区;本大楼为罗氏老厂区内新扩建的一幢技术研发支持楼,大楼编号为11#,占地大约在1800多平米,建筑面积为10600 平方米,分为地上五层、地下一层。厂区北侧的入口为进入现场的主要入口。现场已有的靠近罗氏二期项目的建筑为位于东南的餐厅(B-01),南侧的办公楼(B-02),西侧的生产大楼(B-03)。This project is located at Shanghai Zhangjiang Hi-tech Park, to the north of the building is Longdong Avenue, to the south Lishizhen Road, to the east Riyueguang Plant, to the west Boehringer-Ingelheim Plant; this building is a R&D building inside the former plant that is to be rebuilt, the building number is 11#, with an total area of 2000 kilo meters and 5 floors above and one underground. The north gate is the main entrance of the site. The water heater water temperature was 60 , is set in the heater behind the mixing valve, mixing the hot water temperature to 50 and then supplied to the hot water point.2.2.3排水系统 The drainage system1)室内压力排水及雨污水 Indoor pressure drainage sewage and rain本工程室内地下室压力排水采用热镀锌内衬塑钢管,卡箍连接;雨水系统采用了重力排水方案,使用U-PVC材质,共设立了14路主雨水管,每一路主雨水立管在一层和五层设立有检查口,屋面采用不锈钢材质的雨水斗,以重力方式排至室外的市政雨水井内;屋面雨水排水设计重现期为2年(149mm/h),厂区室外雨水排水设计重现期为1年(69mm/h).室内污水分为地下一层和地上五层,地下室设置有污水收集池,通过安装的潜污泵把污水池内的污废水排至地上一层室外的市政污水井内,地下室公共卫生间和独立卫生间采用了污水切割装置(一体式提升泵)系统,由地下室的污水井通过提升装置排至室外的公共污水井内;一层公共卫生间污水系统采用了隔层排水方案,为了检修方便高效,我们对系统进行了优化,把管道清扫口由原先的墙壁式改为了设置在卫生间吊顶内;一层独立卫生间采用了同层排水方案,二至五层独立卫生间采用了隔层排水方案,同样管道清扫口也设置在了吊顶内;卫生间内的坐便器、小便斗采用后排水壁挂式,管道系统布置在假墙或装饰层内。The basement engineering indoor pressure drainage adopts galvanized, lined with plastic pipe clamp connection, the use of U-PVC material, set up a total of 14 road master rainwater pipes, each of the Road, the main rain riser inspection port is set up on the first floor and five roof with stainless steel water bucket municipal rainwater wells; gravity row to the outdoor roof drainage design return period of 2 years (149mm / h), the plant the outdoor rainwater drainage design return period of 1 year (69mm / h).Indoor sewage into underground floor and five on the ground, basement sewage collection tank is provided through the installation of submersible sewage pump sewage tanks sewage and waste discharged into the ground floor outdoor municipal sewage wells, public health in the basement and a separate toilet using sewage lift pump (integrated) system, sewage wells from the basement of the row by lifting device to the the outdoor public sewage wells; compartment drainage plan for the sewage system in the layer of public health, in order to facilitate maintenance and efficient cutting device, our system optimization, pipeline cleaning the mouth from the original wall instead set in the bathroom ceiling; layer separate toilet using the same floor drainage program, two to five separate toilet compartment drainage program also set in the same pipeline cleaning mouth ceiling; bathroom toilet, urinal drainage wall piping system arranged in false walls or decorative layer.2)室外雨污水 Outdoor rain sewage室外雨污水系统采用了HDPE承插式双壁缠绕管,直接排至设立在室外的污水提升站内,由提升站内的污水提升装置排至市政污水管网。The outdoor rain sewage adopts HDPE double inserting pipes, which will be directly discharged into the sewage lift stations set up in the outdoor, row by the lift station sewage lifting device to the municipal sewer.第三章 施工部署Chapter 3 Construction deployment31人力资源分析及工具配备 human resources analysis and equipped tools 人员合理配备是项目进度计划和项目质量的一大保证。通过多年在项目实施过中所得出的经验,我们通常把项目进行阶段划分,从而达到科学化管理。对于这个项目,我们把它划分为项目准备阶段、管道预埋阶段、套管预埋阶段管道安装阶段、设备安装阶段、系统调试阶段、竣工验收阶段、后期文档移交阶段、质量保证阶段。通过划分我们就更加清晰明了地知道在每个阶段所需的人员数量、工种、容易出现问题环节等等,如我们在配管安装阶段,在这阶段我们所需要的技术工种人数要占总施工人数的80%以上,20%以下的施工人员用来对一些前期未能完成的工作进行完成和对安装人员的协助工作。本专业负责人将以工程项目管理为核心,以优质、高速、安全、环保、文明为主轴,加强动态、科学管理,优化生产要素,精心施工,大力推广先进施工技术,在确保质量的同时,力争提前完成施工任务,从文件控制、材料采购到产品标识、过程控制等过程中,切实执行ISO9001 标准和质量保证体系文件,达到创优质高效的目标。Reasonable human resources distribution is a major guarantee of project schedule and project quality. According to our past experiences accumulated through many years of practices, we usually divide the project into different parts so as to achieve scientific management. As for this project, we plan to divide it into project preparation phase, pipeline embedding phase, casing pipe pre-buried phase, pipeline installation phase, equipment installation phase, system debugging phase, completion and acceptance phase, later document handover phase and quality assurance phase. Through this, we can get familiar with the relevant information in each phase, including the number of personnel, work type and specific parts where some problems may happen; for example, at pipeline installation phase, technical personnel should take up 80% of all construction worker, the rest 20% will help to finish some work that is not finished at preliminary. This project manager shall focus on engineering management, based on high quality, high speed, safety, environment protection and civilized engineering. We will try our best to finish the construction ahead of time, at the premise of guaranteeing the quality.
