The Pursuit of Happyness,by 马凯琳 刘欣悦 叶凡 易润琴 肖芷竣,The Pursuit of Happyness,The way of seeking happiness is so difficult and frustrating that all that enjoy it must be a fearless man.,I have watched an encouraging movie which named “The Pursuit of Happyness”.It is based on a true story of famous self-made millionaire Chris Gardner. 我看过一个鼓舞人心的电影:当幸福来敲门,它是基于一个真实的百万富翁Chris Gardner白手起家的故事。,The Pursuit of Happyness,Will Smith .Chris Gardner,Jaden Smith .Christopher,5,Will Smith acted as Chris and did a fantastic job which really moved and inspired me.Will Smith was starred an ordinary person who lived in San Francisco in 1980s. 威尔史密斯饰演Chris并且做了一个出色的工作,这些都真正地感动和鼓舞了我。威尔史密斯饰演了一个在1980年代住在旧金山的平凡的人。,The Pursuit of Happyness,The story is as follows: Chris was an ordinary salesman rushing about persuading doctors to buy his scanners.Though he was diligent enough, the scanners was not popular with people.Sometimes, Chris could hardly sell out one. 这个故事是这样的:Chris是一个平凡的推销员,不停奔波去说服医生买他的扫描仪。虽然他足够勤奋,但是扫描仪并不被人们看好。有时侯,Chris几乎不能卖出一台扫描仪。,The Pursuit of Happyness,It could be seen that Chris could not improve his family life through his hard work.What was worse, his wife Linda left him because of the hard life. However, Chris did not give in and give up.He tried his best to build a happy life for his little son and finally he became a successful investor. 可以看出,尽管Chris努力工作,但始终未能改善其家庭生活。更糟糕的是,他的妻子Linda因为艰苦的生活而离开了他。然而,Chris没有屈服也没有放弃。他尽了最大的努力去和他的小儿子建立一个幸福的生活,最后,他成了一名成功的投资者。,The Pursuit of Happyness,Chris Gardner is a salesman. He works hard, but overall no way to make a better life at home.,His wife, Linda, can not endure the pressure of supporting the whole family and left him, leaving her 5-year-old son, Christopher.,He not only suffered the dead-end down, but also became a single father. Chris has only 21 dollars and could not pay the rent, so he and his son were thrust out of the apartment.,Chris finally got the chance to practice at a prominent investment company, however, there was no salary during the internship, and 90 percent of the people had no ultimate success.,But Chris understood that this was his last chance, it was the only way leading to a happy life. No income, nowhere to go, all Chris had was the sensible sons unconditional trust and love.,They were homeless at night, slept in shelters, subway stations, public bathrooms, and open spaces, they did not have food to eat in daytime and had to live on the dole.,He was frustrated with poverty, but with regard to his sons future and his own beliefs, Chris believed that: only if he works hard enough, happiness will come tomorrow!,God helps those who help themselves, Chris eventually becomes a successful investment professional.,Fathter and son chapter,Maybe Gardner is a failing businessman,but actually he is a loving father.Although he isnt a successful man,he struggles to make ends meet. Gardner and his son,there are lots of frustration and bar waiting for them, meanwhile, ther are driving themselves forwards fearless. If Gardner doesnt take possession of his son,so the passion of life will disappear, his destiny will changeforever. That is to say,gradner is in the same boat with his son.They cant be separate.,Struggling to life,Gardner is a a condfident man,he is chosen for a competitive internship at Dean Witter,stock brokerage.The internship,which offers Chris a very long shot at a better life,doesnt pay any salary.Chris has to live without a salary for six months while risking just about everything for that long shot gambie. Chris is really smart.He can solve a Rubrics cube in minutes. But,hes poor.Poverty like an octopus,keeps trying to suck him down to the bottom,and make him stay there His car is towad.His wife walks out on him,leaving him with a five year old son.He is arrested for unpaid traffic.He becomes homeless.He has to rely on a homeless shelter.,Chris Gardner:You have a dream,you got to protect it. 克里斯加德纳:如果你有梦想,就要守护它。 Chris Gardner:People cannot do something by themselves ,they wanna tell you can not do it. 克里斯加德纳:当人们做不到一些事情的时候,他们就会对你说你也同样不能。 Chris Gardner:You want something .Go get it! 克里斯加德纳:有了目标就要全力以赴。 Martin Frohm:What would you say if man walked here with no shirt,and l hired him?What would you say? 马丁:如果我雇佣了一个没有穿着衬衫走进来的人,你会怎么说? Chris Gardner:He must have had on some really nice pants. 克里斯加德纳:他一定穿了一条很棒的裤子。 There is an I in“happiness“,there is no Y in “happiness“,it is an I. 幸福的幸里面是一个“幸”,不是一个“辛”。或者理解成:Y=why=为什么,I=我,幸福里面没有为什么,只有我。,The Pursuit of Happyness,the classic lines,I am the type of person,if you ask me a question,and I dont know the answer,Im gonna to tell you that I dont know.But I bet you what:I know how to find the answer,and Ill find the answer. 我是这样的人,如果你问的问题我不知道答案,我会直接告诉你“我不知道”。但我向你保证:我知道如何寻找答案,而且我一定会找到答案的。 Dont ever let somebody tell you that you cant do something,not even me. 别让别人告诉你你成不了才,即使是我也不行。,The Pursuit of Happyness,the classic lines,I was moved by the touching movie.Moreover, I was impressed by some of the scene. 我感动于这部感人的电影。此外,一些场景给我留下了深刻的印象。,In order to catch up with the lost scanners, Chris was knocked down by a car.He looked for his shoe groveling on the road without checking himself being hurt or not. 为了赶上丢失的扫描仪,Chris被一辆车撞倒了。他匍匐在路上四处寻找他的鞋,却没有检查自己是否受伤,The Pursuit of Happyness,Is shoe so important for him? 难道鞋对他如此重要吗?,Sure, as for a man whose account was only 21 dollars, it can be easily understood such crazy behavior made by him. 当然,对于一个帐户只剩21美元的人来说,他疯狂的行为是容易被理解的。,The Pursuit of Happyness,When I thought back the beginning of the movie in Chinatown, Chris pointed at the word happiness on the wall, talking to a Chinese that: There is no “Y” in happiness, it is an “I”.Come to think of it, we are always asking ourselves why and when we have found others in happiness .,当我回想起这部电影的开始时,在唐人街,Chris指着墙上的快乐这个字,和一个中国人说道:幸福这个单词里面是一个“I”,不是一个“Y”。 现在想想,我们总是在问我们自己:何时何因我们会发现别人的幸福(而不是自己的)。,The Pursuit of Happyness,The Pursuit of Happyness,What is your opinion about happiness?,The Pursuit of Happyness,What can we learn from this movie?,The Pursuit of Happyness,The film shows us a moving story and I was moved by Chris. He struggles for his happiness. Though the process is hard, almost hopeless. He also feels depression and helpless, but he keeps on. I think we should learn from him. The following sentences may be useful to us.,The only way is to keep on even when you dont feel you can.,You cannot change the past. You cannot know the future.
