Assure the good working condition of the computer terminals, of the fax server确保公司客户机终端、传真服务器的正常使用;2. Assure the information security 确保公司信息的安全性;3. Assure a good internal communication (network and e-mails in good working condition)确保内部通讯畅通(如网络、邮件处于正常使用状态)。Contents of the job:工作内容:1. Select the type of software and hardware that the company will use (such as AutoCAD, Fax Server)对公司所需软件、硬件进行选型(例如AutoCAD软件,传真服务器软件的选型);2. Buy computer components and fittings购置电脑配件;3. Assure company website construction & development负责网站的建设和开发 ;4. Assure the good running of the computers (include installation, dealing with computer problems or malfunction, introducing the use of some software)维护客户机终端(包括装机,排除电脑故障,介绍软件使用方法);5. Participate in the ERP implementation, assist the ERP team参与ERP项目实施,辅助 ERP项目组开展项目工作;6. To monitor the working situation of the servers监控服务器工作状态。Reporting:汇报 :- Position holder Supervisor 任职人的直接主管希望得到的汇报如下:1. Want reports about every daily IT support and problems and to keep a log (records).日常技术支持和问题解决的工作汇报,以日志形式提供;2. Want report about important incident on the server terminal and the network and to keep a log (records).重大事故的汇报;如:网络、服务器、客户终端发生故障,以日志形式提供;3. Want reports about the Office Administration (OA) system : test, installation, debugging, 系统化任务部署的汇报,如关于OA系统的测试,安装,调试等每一阶段工作汇报;4. Want to know when the IT Assistant will be outside of the company外出办事情况的汇报。- Position holder 任职人认为需向直接主管提供的汇报如下:1. Report every daily manipulation of IT support, by oral first and then record the manipulation日常IT技术服务汇报,先口头向上级汇报,然后书面填写记录;2. Report the employees computer problems and the reasonable demands of the employees 客户机终端发生的异常情况汇报;3. Report the important incident (such as a hacker attack) 服务器发生重大故障的汇报;(如:黑客攻击等);4. Report the situation of the computers (to discard useless computers or components)电脑设备淘汰和报废情况的汇报。Level:Executer职位层级 : 执行层Working relations:工作联系 :1. With the computers users : to help the employees to install the software, maintain the computer in a good working condition and deal with the malfunctions 与客户机终端的工作联系:客户终端的装机、维护、故障排除、软件安装等;2. With the IT Manager : to do the tasks assigned by the IT Manager与IT经理的工作联系:完成由IT经理下达的任务;3. With the electrician: the position holder can help the electrician to set and maintain the telephone line.与电工的工作联系:帮助电工布线。Goals of the position:职位目标 :1. To assure that all the computer terminals run normally, to assure that all employees can work normally with their computer.维护客户机终端正常使用,保证员工正常办公;2. To build a good company profile by setting up the company website.通过网站建设等方式,对外树立公司良好形象。Work processes of the company in which this position takes place参与公司的各项流程如下 :IT Process:service support for every department and every employee : horizontal supportIT流程:向各个部门及每位员工提供IT服务支持的流程Tasks:任务:- Main Tasks : 60% 主要任务:601. To maintain the computer terminals in a good working condition维护客户机终端正常使用;2. To collect some IT information (search on internet : for good prices for components or fittings, for technical advices, chat with IT specialists to find solutions to IT problems)搜集IT相关信息(上网搜寻电脑设备、配件价格,与IT专家网上讨论关于解决一些IT问题的方法);3. To monitor the fax sent or received by the fax server监控传真服务器的收发。- Secondary Tasks: 30% 次要任务:301. To build the company website维护公司网站;2. To select the software that the company will use选购软件;3. To assist the IT Manager to finish selecting and testing the Office Administration software协助IT经理完成OA系统选型和测试。- Occasional Tasks : 10% 偶发任务:10To participate in the ERP project and input the production information data 参与ERP项目,输入相关数据(生产信息)。Knowledge requirements:知识技能要求: Degree/Experience: Senior High School or Technical Secondary School/One year or less学历/经验:高中或中专技校毕业/少于一年或一年的相关经验 Diploma : MCSE (Microsoft System Engineer)执业证书:MCSE(微软认证系统工程师) Languages : To be able to read English语言:有一定的英语阅读能力 General knowledge:常规知识:1. To know how to do the maintenance of the hardware对硬件设备的维护有一定的认识;2. To have a basic knowledge about network基础的IT专业网络应用知识。 Technical or practical knowledge:技术和操作技能:To be able to configure and manage the Windows 2000 server能熟练应用、配置、管理Windows 2000 服务器1. To be able to resolve the routine computer troubles可以排除常规电脑故障;2. To know about network maintenance具备网络维护技能;3.
