Installation of the Electronic Business License Software使用电子营业执照首先需要在微信或者支付宝安装电子营业执照小程序软件,或者安装电子营业执照APP。To use the electronic business license, you will need to firstly install the Mini Programs

2、 for Electronic Business License on WeChat or Alipay,or install the Electronic Business License APP.1.1 微信小程序1.1 WeChat Mini Programs方法一：用微信扫“电子营业执照”微信小程序码。Option One: Scan the code of WeChat Mini Programs for“Electronic Business License” by using the WeChat.“电子营业执照”微信小程序码Code of WeChat Mini Program

3、s for “Electronic Business License”方法二：在微信中搜索“dzyyzz”微信小程序。安装步骤：Option Two: Search WeChat Mini Programs of “dzyyzz” in the WeChat. Installation steps are as follows:l 打开微信,主页里找到“发现”Open WeChat and find “Discover” in the homepagel 在“发现”最下方点开“小程序”（图1）。Open “Mini Programs” at the bottom of “Discover”.

Use of the Electronic Business License使用电子营业执照小程序中的“扫一扫”扫描应用系统中显示的企业登录二维码,选择电子营业执照进行验证,验证通过后,点击“授权登录”,PC端即可登录。Scan the Enterprise Login

Authorized Management of the Electronic Business License4.1授权他人管理执照4.1 Authorize Others to Manage the License法定代表人领取手机版电子营业执照后,可以授权企业其他人作为证照管理员管理电子营业执照（由于电子营业执照软件对下载人的认证技术限制,执照管理员必须是中国人）,证照管理员获得授权后可以把电子营业执照下载到自己的手机上。执照管理员下载电子营业执照后,自己可以使用电

20、子营业执照办理企业相关事务,或者授权其他人使用电子营业执照办理企业相关事务。一个市场主体可添加五名证照管理员,有关授权可以更改或者收回。After obtaining the mobile version of the Electronic Business License, the legal representative may authorize other persons in the enterprise as the license administrator to manage the Electronic Business License(the license adminis
