A.Checkthatthemodel,thecapacityandpowervoltagespecificationsareasordered.

B.Checkthatnodamagehasoccurredduringtransportation.

C.Checkthatnoneoftheinternalpartshavebeendamagedorhavefallenoff.

D.Checkthatnoneoftheconnectorshavebeendamagedorhavefallenoff.

E.Checkthatthereisnolooseningoftheterminalsorscrewsofeachoftheparts.

2.InstallationandStorage

A.InstallationandStorage:

Iftheequipmentisnottobeinstalledimmediately,itshouldbestoredinacleananddrylocationatambienttemperaturesfrom20℃to55℃.

Thesurroundingairmustbefreeofcorrosivecontaminants.Placeswheretheperipheraltemperatureisfrom-10℃to40℃,and

wheretherelativehumidityis90%orless.Avoidinstallingatplaceswherethereisdust,ironparticles,corrosivegas,waterspray,directsunlightortoomuchvibration.Andplaceswherehasgoodventilation.

3.Applicationnotes

A.Concerningtheinverterunit:

(1)Donotfitcapacitorstotheoutputsideoftheinverterinordertoimprovethepowerratio.

(2)IncaseoffittingMCbetweeninverterandmotortocontrolmotoroperation,thenthecapacityofinvertermustbe6timesthecapacityofmotor.

(3)Runamotorthatiswithinthecapacityoftheinverterunit,lightloadcurrentandno-loadcurrentwillcausethemotortodevelopripplecurrent.

B.ConcerningtheACmotor

(1)Whengeneral-purposemotorsareoperatedatlowspeeds,thereisareducedcoolingeffect,pleaseapplythespecialpurposemotor.

(2)Operationatfrequenciesexceeding60Hzrequirescautionasthereisthedangerofthemechanicalstrengthfailureofthemotor.

(3)Whenmotorswithbrakesarebeingoperated,thepowerforthebrakeandinvertershouldbetakenfromthesamepowersupplyandthebrakeoperationmustbeinphasewhentheunitisstartedandstopped.

A.Wiringofmainandcontrolcircuit

Wireaccordingtothestandardconnectiondiagram.Onusingtheexternalsequencecontrol,pleaseusesmallsignalrelayordoubleterminalrelaytoavoidrelayterminalmalfunction.

B.Signalcircuit

Thesignalcircuituseseithershieldedpairsortwistedpairs,shouldbewiredeitherusingawiringductseparatedfromthatforthepowercircuit,orwiththewiringconduitisolatedasmuchaspossible.
