本工程地处内蒙古鄂尔多斯,有产品仓4个、副井井塔等单位工程,主要用电设备有塔吊、输送泵、钢筋弯曲机、煨弯机、电焊机等。施工现场临时用电从配电室引出,分四个回路。一回路为配电室到副井一级箱,二回路为配电室到产品仓a箱,三回路为配电室到产品仓分配电箱b,四回路为配电室到产品仓滑模平台。 型三相电力变压器,它的容量为400.00kva277.36kva1.20(增容系数)能够满足使用要求,其高压侧电压为10.00kv同施工现场外的高压架空线路的电压级别一致。(4)、选择总箱的进线截面及进线开关(1)选择导线截面: i) 按安全载流量: 上面已经计算出总计算电流ijs = 421.42a ii) 按允许电压降: s = 1.1kx(pl)/cu = 1.1 0.908250.00/(77.005.00) = 21.21mm2 iii) 根据前面两条: 电缆线埋地敷设,铜芯聚氯乙烯绝缘电缆线vv3150+270 ,其安全载流量为449a,截面面积300mm2,能够满足使用要求。(2)选择总进线开关:dz10-600/3 ,其脱扣器整定电流值为ir = 480a。(3)选择总箱中漏电保护器:zbm1-630/500 。(5)、干1线路上导线截面及分配箱、开关箱内电气设备选择在选择前应对照平面图和系统图先由用电设备至开关箱计算,再由开关箱至分配箱计算,选择导线及开关设备。分1至开关箱,开关箱至用电设备采用铜芯橡皮绝缘导线架空敷设。(1)钢筋切断机开关箱至钢筋切断机导线截面及开关箱内电气设备选择i)计算电流kx 取 1.0,cos = 0.40ijs = kxpe/(1.732uecos) = = 95.72aii)选择导线选择bx-316+26,空气明敷时其安全载流量为110a。室外架空铜芯导线按机械强度的最小截面为10mm2,满足要求。iii)选择电气设备选择分配箱内开关为dz10-250/3 ,其脱扣器整定电流值为ir = 200a。(9)分1进线及进线开关的选择i)计算电流kx = 0.70,cos = 0.60ijs =1.1 kxpe/(1.732uecos) = 1.10.70(3.001+3.002+5.001+3.002+5.002+3.001+3.001)/(1.7320.380.60) = 70.20a由于计算电流小于该分配箱下支线电流,所以取最大支线电流值:95.72aii)选择导线按允许电压降:s =1.1 kx(pl)/cu = 1.10.70500.00/(77.005.00) = 1.00mm2选择vv325+216
