绿康鸡场属民营企业，始建于2002年2月份，公司总资产70万元，其中流动资产5万元，现有职工5人。主要从事鸡的饲养管理、鸡蛋的销售业务。公司创建以来，以丰富城市居民的菜篮子为己任，努力开展生产，现已饲养蛋鸡6000余只。随着畜牧产业结构的调整，为了适应新形势的变化，公司迅速将工作重点向生产领域拓展，经过认真细致的调查，并结合汾西县当地实际情况，决定扩大养殖，现在场地租用协议已达成，计划扩大养殖规模，新上蛋鸡25000余只，以供应市场。 23技术依托单位基本情况 本项目技术依托单位为汾西县畜牧技术服务中心，该中心是汾西县唯一的县级畜牧兽医技术服务单位。现有干部职工26人，其中初中级以上畜牧师16人，中级以上畜牧师5人，高级畜牧师3人，下辖8个乡镇基层畜牧兽医站，主要从事动物检疫、畜禽疫病防治、牧草、草地改良与建设、畜产品加工等方面的技术指导服务 24项目建设的必要性 241该项目实施符合国家发展畜牧养殖产业，调整和优化农业结构的产业政策要求；符合山西省扶贫开发工程建设要求，属扶贫开发五大增收工程之一；特别是符合临汾市大力发展畜牧产业的政策要求。 242该项目实施能充分发挥当地资源优势，优化产业结构，加快畜牧养殖产业化发展的步伐。我们汾西县是以旱作农业为主的山区农业县，粮食作物主要以种植玉米、小麦、豆类、小杂粮为主，且粮食无污染，有足够的饲料用粮资源。因此，发展畜牧养殖产业已成为汾西县农业结构调整的战略性产业。 243汾西县现有农业人口1 4万人口，至今没有一个有现代化生产能力，规模化经营、集约化管理的万只以上规模养殖场。县城鸡蛋的市场供应严重不足。据统计，全县年消费鸡蛋为15oo吨，日消费鸡蛋45吨以上，鸡蛋供应主要靠外调，成本高，价格高。建设蛋鸡养殖场将极大地缓解我县鸡蛋供应紧张的状况，有广阔的市场前景。加上我县玉米、小麦、大豆等原粮品质好、无污染，蛋鸡产蛋质量高，被誉为“农家鸡蛋、“绿色鸡蛋，历来品质和价格都高于周边地区，有较强的市场竞争优势。
