whether the water supply valve of the water tank turned, water supply /water level is normalb:电压表电压是否显示在额定值的 +/-5%以内！ ensure whether the voltage in the voltage meter showed within +/-5% 开机前准备preparations before start the machinea. 压缩机内部有大量润滑油,如果使用环境温度过低时机油会冻结,在机油冻结的情况下运行压缩机将会缩短压缩机使用的寿命,在首次开机前应先对机油进行加热机油升温20分钟才启动压缩机.a large number of oil within the compressor, the oil will freeze if the ambient temperature is too low, to run the compressor in the case of frozen oil will shorten the life-span of the compressor, to heat the oil up for 20 minutes before start new compressorb.机油加热方法是:合上电箱内总开关,给电箱通电,压缩机油箱加热器便开始给机油加热.oil heating method: close main switch in the electric box, power the electric box on, compressor heater begin to heat the oil.c:油箱加热器开关不用人工操作,电箱通电后,压缩机在停止状态时，油箱加热器处于加热状态,压缩机运行状态时,油箱加热器处于停止加热状态.the tank heater switch will operate automatically after the electric box was powered, tank heater is in a heating state when the compressor is in the stop mode, tank heater is in a stop-heating state when the compress is in a running mode.d:如果在低温环境使用时,在停止状态时建议不要关掉电源总开关please do not close the power main switch under the low ambient temperature when the machine is in the stop state3.开机start/on确保电源与外设装置正常后,打开电箱面板上的控制系统电源开关,控制系统上电开始工作,触摸屏开始初始化,稍后显示欢迎画面后,可以开始进行相关的操作open the control system power switch on the electric box panel after the power and the outer setting are normal, control system and touch screen begin to work. then enter welcome screen. begin to do relevant operation. 4.关机close/off停止机器后关闭电箱面板上的控制系统电源开关turn off the control system power switch on the electric box panel after stop the machine5.紧急停机emergent halt/shut down当发生紧急事件时,按下电箱面板上的红色紧急停止开关,机器所有运行部位立即断电停止,当事件处理完后,旋转急停开关可复位,紧急停止开关用于紧急事件时使用,press the red emergence switch on the electric box panel when an emergence happened, all parts of the machine will stop immediately, the emergence stop switch can be reset when the incident settled , emergence stop switch for emergence use.在正常操作当中禁止把急停开关用于关机使用prohibiting the use of emergence stop switch for shutdown use in the normal practice6.电箱面板上的绿色启动按钮与触摸屏中的启动按钮功能相同,用于启动制冰机the green start button on the electric box share the same function with the start button in the touch screen, which used to start the ice machine.7.面板上的红色停止按钮与触摸屏中的停止按钮功能相同,用于停止机器the red stop button on the panel share the same function with the stop button in the touch screen , which used to stop the machine8机器停止时应正确操作，从触摸屏或面板上的停止按钮关机，这样压缩机就会进入关机程序，关机过程大约90秒，停止按钮按动后，压缩机进入50%负载运行约30秒后，进入25%负载运行，60秒后关闭电源。减载关机可延长压缩机的使用寿命。并且在下次开机启动时能从25%负载状态起动，降低启动电流。proper operation should be taken when stop the machine, press the stop button from the touch screen or the panel, the compressor will enter shutdown procedures , the shutdown process is about 90 seconds, after stop pressing the button, after the compressor enter 50% load in about 30 seconds, then enter 25% load to run, shut down the power in 60 seconds. deloading to power off can extend the life-span of the compressor, the machine can enter 25% load state directly when start next time正常关机时，请按停止按钮，压缩机停止后再关闭控制电源please press stop button when show down the machine in the normal operation, turn off the control power after the compressor stop working.二.触摸屏操作系统介touch screen operating system introduction1. 欢迎画面welcome screen打开电源开关,通电后触摸屏启动完成,显示欢迎画面,用手指点屏幕右边的按钮，选择你需要的语言，然后再击中心按钮进入主菜单open the power switch ,the start-up of the touch screen finished after powered on, then come to welcome screen, use hands to press the button on the right screen, choose the language you want, then repress the central button to enter main menu.2.主菜单画面介绍main menu screen introduction 主菜单上显示各操作功能按钮,选中其中的操作点击就可进入该操作画面the main menu shows all operation function button, choose what you want and press it , then enter this operation screen3.用户登陆画面介绍user login screen introduction在主菜单点用户登陆进入main menuclick user to login a:用户名:输入用户登陆的识别号码14 user name: put the identified number of the user login 14 用户共分3级,user number is 1,2,3,(1) 输入1为操作员级别：初始密码:123.登陆后权限只能操作用户1的功能,以及更改用户1的密码 1 for operator: original code:123 the right is only to operate the function of 1 after login, and to change the code of user 1(2) 输入2为技术员级别：初始密码123456登陆后能操作用户1的功能与用户2的功能，修改参数以及更改用户1与用户2的密码put 2 for technician: original code:123456, the right is to operate both the functions of 1 and 2 after login. and to change parameter and code of user 1 and 2.as well.(3) 输入3为供应商级别：登陆后,权限除了用户1与用户2的权限外，还可以修改系统参数,出厂设置,和更改用户1用户2用户3的密码.put 3 for supplier: the right is to change system data, manufacturer setting and change the code of user 1.2.3 except the right of user 1and 2 after loginb:用户密码:输入对应用户的密码正确登陆user password: put the right password to log inc:注销用户:当不需要操作时,点该按钮注销用户,退出权限.再操作时需要重新输入密码登陆.logout user: press this button and log out when do not need operation any more , re-put the password to log in when need reoperation.e:当前用户:显示当前登陆情况,以及当前登陆的用户级别current user: display current login state, current login user number4密码管理画面介绍 (操作权限用户1以上)password management screen introduction (operating privilege user above 1)主菜单-点密码进入 main menuput password to enter用于修改用户密码,上一级用户可修改下一级用户的密码与本用户密码,输入新密码后按确认按钮,修改成功used to change user password, previous user can change the next user password and present password, press confirm button after put new password , and change successfully5.操作画面介绍 (操作权限用户1以上) operation screen introduction ( operating privilege user above 1 )在主菜单点击操作画面按钮进入press operation screen button in the main menu to entera:自动模式-(操作权限用户1) automatic mode-(operating privilege user 1)操作画面模式选择显示的如果不是自动,这时点击该按钮可切到自动状态if chosen to display by operation screen mode is not automatic, press this button can changer to automatic state操作画面用于启动与停止制冰机operation screen used to start and stop ice flake machine模式选择用于选择:手动操作或与自动操作,手动操作与自动操作的转换必须在机器停止状态下才能进行转换,在机器不停止状态按钮无效.在通常操作中只使用自动模式,机器的各部件启动状态由plc控制完成.手动操作只用于维修人员检修单个部件时使用,在非技术人员非维修需要使用时可能因对机器的不正当手动操作,导致压缩机损坏,故手动操作禁止非维修人员使用,手动画面只有用户3以上的权限才能进入,mode selection used to choose: manual operation or automatic operation, the change between manual and automatic operation must be done as the machine in the stop state .this button is invalid when the machine is in a running state. we use automatic operation in general practice, the start of all the parts of the machine are controlled by plc. the manual operation is used by technicians to examine every single part. the improper operation of non-technicians in non-maintenance uses will result in the damage of the compressor. so non-technicians are prohibited to use the manual operation. only above user 3 has the right to use manual screen . b:进入手动操作步骤-(操作权限用户3) enter manual operation process(operating privilege user 3)主菜单用户登陆用户名输入3-密码框输入正确密码登陆成功后,-进入操作画面-在机器停止状态下-点手动按钮-进入警告画面-点击确认进入手动在手动画面中可单击相关的按钮运行该部件,如点击灰色抽水泵,抽水运行-按钮显示绿色-再点按钮,按钮又变成灰色,抽水泵停止. main menuuser loginput user name 3put the correct password into the run维修使用是需注意,手动功能,为了起到检修的作用,所以屏蔽了一些报警功能,例如打开压缩机时,压缩机运行但只检测压缩机的高低压,油压油位系统,其它部件不检测,这时需要按通常制冰机的运行步骤一一启动相应的部件,故只有熟悉制冷的人员才可操作在手动画面中只有停止所有部件才能退出,关闭所有手动开关后击返回自动按钮退出手动画面,这时将返回操作画面.进入自动模式.非维修需要，不得使用手动操作。notice for the maintenances , the manual function shields some warning functions for the purpose of maintenance , the compressor just checks the high and low voltage , oil pressure system without checking other parts when start the compressor. at that time ,to run the process according to the general start-up process of the ice machine start relevant parts, so only professional technician can do it.only to stop all the parts in the manual screen can log out, to press back button return to manual screen after close all the manual switches, then come into operation screen. enter automatic mode ,do not use hand operation if not for the purpose of maintenance.c:启动机器start the machine如果机器状态正常,点击启动按钮,这时机器进入启动程序中,启动按钮消失,停止按钮显现.信息窗口将显示相关的状态信息.if the machine status is normal, click the start-up button, then the machine access to the start process, start-up button disappeared, stop button appears, information window will display relevant status information.d:停止机器stop the machine点停止按钮,机器进入关机程序,压缩机进行减载停止,信息窗口显示相关状态信息.机器停止后停止按钮消失click the stop button , the machine enters shutdown process, the compressor is doing short load stop, information window displays relevant status information, stop button disappear after the machine stopped.4.监控画面介绍 (操作权限无) monitor screen introduction ( operational limits no )a:进入监控画面,将显示机器各部件的状态,状态灯显示灰色表示该部件处示停止状态,显示绿色表示该部件处于运行状态,显示红色表示该部件故障报警.when enter the monitor screen, display the status of all the parts of the machine, this part is under stop state when status light show grey. this part is under running state when it shows green. this part is under failure warning when it shows red.b:排气温度,回气温度,油温,高低压力将以数字的形式显示实际.如果显示值高于上限报警设定值,数字显示为红色,显示实际值如果低于下限报警设定值数字显示为黄色.各相关的上限下限报警值在进入参数设置画面设定 exhaust temperature , recycle gas temperature, oil temperature , high-pressure and low-pressure will display the actual number in the digital form .the digital turn red if the show value exceed the set value of upper limit alarm, the digital turn yellow if the show value lower the set value of lower limit alarm. all relevant values of upper limit alarm and lower limit alarm come into parameter setting screen.5.参数设置画面介绍 (操作权限用户2) parameter settings screen introduction (operating privileges user 2)以上为压缩机的保护参数设定，出厂时已经设置好，客户不要更改。a:报警参数设定功能，上限报警或下限报警当实际数值大于或小于该设定值时报警,修改后要按保存 以上参数画面，出厂时已设置好，客户无需更改，也无权进入该画面。 alarm parameter setting function, it is alarming when the actual value of the upper
