延边地区朝鲜族人口迁移现状及其影响因素分析 【论文标题】延边地区朝鲜族人口迁移现状及其影响因素分析【英文标题】the analysis of migration situation and its influencing factors of the korean population in yanbian area 【中文摘要】 延边朝鲜族自治州位于吉林省东南部,地处中俄朝三国交界,是中国重要的战略要地。自从建州以来,在党的民族政策的指引下,全州各族人民团结一致,艰苦奋斗,各项事业都有较快的发展。当然,延边朝鲜族自治州在发展中也面临着诸如人口、资源、环境和可持续发展等一系列严峻问题。其中,朝鲜族人口流出问题是延边地区人口的特有问题(本文中的朝鲜族人口迁移指的是朝鲜族人口的流出)。本文以2007年延边统计年鉴和2008年延边地区朝鲜族人口负增长课题组抽样调查数据为依据,通过描述性统计分析和二分类、多分类logistic回归等方法进行研究,并且根据研究结果进行针对性分析,最后提出了引导朝鲜族人口有序迁移和合理开发利用人力资源、加强社会保障体系建设、调整优化产业结构、加强经济环境建设、促进区域经济一体化等一系列具体措施。本文的研究主旨是促进朝鲜族人口迁移与区域经济协调发展。【英文摘要】 yanbian area of chinas border areas is not only, but also korean-populated areas in china. from the beginning of 90s of the last century, the population of yanbian korean autonomous prefecture showed different trend and characteristics with other areas in the province or in the country. as the population factors in yanbian area is an essential element of socio-economic development, yanbian korean migration is bound to the local socio-economic development impact.yanbian korean migration mainly reflected in three aspects: the first is the demographic profile of the yanbian region. yanbian area of the total population since 2002 has been down for 5 consecutive years, one of the main reasons is to reduce the total state population of 37.3 percent of the korean population since 1996 for 10 consecutive years of negative growth. second, the total population and migration flows, yanbian korean population migration since 1992, a marked increase in the future, especially after 1997, rapidly expanding the scale of population movements. as the korean population in yanbian area of national identity, the more pronounced the tendency of the flow, together with the korean population, and south korea there is no language barrier, cultural heart, and yanbian korean population a higher proportion of cross-border flows. third, the demographic characteristics of migration, migration is the main population of young adults 15-44 years of age working population. all transfer of population in the total population aged 15-44 surveyed 86.62% of the population migration. particularly in the 15-24 age group, women migrate as much as 44.15 percent the proportion of the population that migration of the population of women in this age group a high degree of concentration. transfer of population in accordance with the different education and career, and then determine the strength of this motive. yanbian korean population movements have their own characteristics and laws for the young, high-quality korean population outflow.the impact of the korean population in yanbian area is the relocation factors in 2008 korean population in yanbian area of negative growth group based on sample survey data using descriptive statistical analysis and the second classification, multiple classifiers logistic regression approach to the study, based on analysis of the factors results koreans in yanbian area of the impact of migration. yanbian korean migration to the impact of regional development is mainly reflected in the local social, economic and self-development aspects of the korean population. one of the korean population, the impact of self-development was mainly korean fertility decline, education weakened, marriage difficulties, and labor export-related issues in these areas are becoming more prominent. impact on the local community in yanbian area is mainly embodied in a large number of korean rural population to cities, changes in non-agricultural population, accelerated urbanization process in yanbian area;
