商务签证注意事项:申请人须本人到使馆提交签证申请。使馆有权在任何时间要求申请人提供附加材料。中文文件必须翻译成英语。所有文件均需提供原件和复印件。签证流程周期最长为15个日历日。签证费为60欧元 - 按当时汇率以人民币支付。所需材料: 签证申请表由申请人填写并签名所有条目均需填写,不空项 一张护照尺寸照片参见签证照片具体要求 护照原件护照有效期须长于计划离开申根区的日期至少三个月以上。必须包含至少两页空白签证页,不包括备注页。 护照复印件 邀请函须提供波兰合作伙伴出具的邀请函原件,签字并盖章,邀请函须用邀请公司抬头纸张,邀请信需包含以下内容:邀请公司地址及联系方式 邀请信签署人职位及姓名 访问波兰的目的及访问时间访问具体计划访问费用承担情况说明邀请公司是否会提供财政支持保证申请人顺利返回中国 派遣函须提供申请人派遣函原件,签字并盖章,派遣函须用派遣公司抬头纸张,需包含以下内容:派遣公司地址及联系方式 、传真 派遣函签署人职位及姓名 签证申请人姓名职位,工作时间,工资收入派遣出国商务请假证明 公司营业执照复印件加盖公司公章 确定时间的往返机票(只须机票订单即可)申请多次入境签证只需提供第一次入境机票订单即可请注意:请勿在得到签证之前购买机票。使馆不负担因已购买机票但签证拒签或签证有效期与之不符所造成的经济损失。 足够的财政手段证明如由申请人支付:过去三至六个月的银行交易对账单(存款证明不是证明财政的有效文件)如由派遣公司支付:过去三至六个月的公司银行交易对账单或者税单如由邀请公司承担:邀请公司须在邀请信中阐明 酒店订单或其他住宿证明须提供覆盖全程的住宿证明(若计划访问其他申根国家,则须一并提供在该国的住宿证明) 旅行医疗保险及复印件参见旅行医疗保险具体要求BUSINESS VISAIMPORTANT NOTES:The applicant must appear personally at the Consulate.
