Therefore, in addition to meet the requirement of dock and sea trial program, also shall meet the requirement of the relevant examination and sea trial regulations of BV. Allow 3% error of displacement, and it shall have enough cruise distance to guarantee vessel have stable cruising range and the main engine have a stable rate of revolution before the vessel enter speed trial zone to measure speed. Speed trial should be carried out when the weather is good and the wind force can not be over BF2,the class of ocean wave do not over class 2,and the current is calm.
