淮安市智慧城市构建问题分析 本篇论文目录导航： 【题目】 淮安市智慧城市构建问题分析【第一章】淮安市智慧城市发展规划研究绪论【第二章】智慧城市的内涵和特征【第三章】淮安市智慧城市建设的SWOT分析【第四章】国内外智慧城市创建的经验和启示【第五章】淮安市智慧城市建设的对策建议【总结/参考文献】如何建设淮安市智慧城市总结与参考文献 摘要智慧城市建设成为近年来城市发展的新动向，智慧城市创新性的利用新一代信息技术、云计算、新一代传感器、大数据等，整合城市运行的各个系统实现城市的实时感知、互联互通，实现城市功能与市民需求、城市运行的系统联动，从而智能响应市民、城市安全、城市环境、城市交通等方面的需求，实现城市的高效、绿色、可持续发展。自智慧城市概念提出以来，世界上众多国家和政府组织都提出了智慧城市建设计划，试图通过新一代信息技术推动城市更好发展。我国政府也在抓紧研究和积极引导智慧城市发展，将智慧城市建设作为推进产业结构调整、发展战略性新兴产业、提升城市公共服务和管理、实现城市水平跨越式提升的重要契机，并提出了相应的智慧城市发展规划。然而智慧城市发展时间短，国内外都处于摸索试点阶段，没有成熟的例子可以借鉴。本文在深入研究智慧城市相关理论之后，运用模型分析法、比较分析法和文献分析法等，综合国内外智慧城市建设实践的经验，针对淮安市的城市基础、城市优劣势和城市发展诉求，提出了有针对性的智慧城市建设策略。本文共有五章，第一章是绪论。主要介绍了研究背景与意义，国内外智慧城市研究综述和本文的研究思路与方法。第二章介绍了智慧城市概念的形成，厘清了智慧城市的内涵，智慧城市与其他城市形态和新型城镇化之间的关系，概括了智慧城市的四个主要特征（城市的全面感知、信息的互联互通、资源的协同共享和系统的高度整合）。第三章在分析了淮安市智慧城市建设概况的基础上，用 SWOT 分析法，分别对淮安市智慧城市建设的优势、机遇、劣势和威胁进行了分析，并根据分析情况做了针对性的总结。第四章介绍了国内外智慧城市建设的经验和启示，一方面国外智慧城市建设起步早、范围广泛、成果多值得中国城市参考，另一方面国内部分智慧城市先行者的实践和探索也值得淮安市来学习、借鉴。从总体上来看，淮安市智慧城市建设面临机遇跟挑战并存的局面，下一步发展的重点应是加强信息基础设施建设，大力开展智慧应用研发，打造苏北重要交通枢纽，实现城市发展的比较优势。第五章是淮安市智慧城建设的对策建议。首先是淮安市智慧城市建设的目标选择，其次是智慧城市建设的模式选择，就是要以政府为主导，推进政府与社会资本合作，合理运用 PPP 模式，试点先行、信息基础设施先行，强化交通网络，增强创新能力，构建经济增长新优势。最后是淮安市智慧城市建设的对策研究，包括四个方面：一是抓住机遇重点推进，打造智慧城市建设样板；二是强化淮安市交通优势，构建城市智慧交通系统；三是增强城市公共服务功能，建设智慧应用体系；四是发展智慧产业，提升城市创新、技术、人才优势。关键词 智慧城市 信息化 云计算 物联网AbstractThe Smart city construction has been a new development direction in recentyeechnology, cloudcomputing, new generation of sensor, big data and so on, to integrate the system coreeach city operat39;s functionslink to citizen needs at any moment, so as to make intelligent response to the people'slivelihood, public security, environmental protection, public transportation and othercity demand, achieve an efficient, eco-friendly, sustainable city developmard, the world's governments andorganizations have proposed construction project of Smart city, try to promote citydevelopment by apply new generation of information technol Smart city in close study and positive, a lot of city ofour country will promote the Smart city construction as an important opportunity toadjust industrial structure, develop strategic emerging industries, improve publicservice and management, to achieve leap frog development of city, put forward thedevelopment direction of Smart cd, the construction of domestic and foreignSmart city in the exploration stage, there is no mature sample can learn flation theory, exert model analysis2method, content analysis and method of comparative analysis, composite of foreignSmart city development situation, to extract the smart of Huai'an city constructionstrategy aimed at Huai'an urban infrastructure construction and urban developdemrs.
