Unit7 What does he look like ?我今天讲授的是新目标英语七年级下第七单元Section A内容。本单元的重点是描述一个人的外貌。本节课是这个单元的起始内容。根据课程标准,结合学生实际,我设定本课的目标为: 1.学习并掌握描述人物外貌的单词,短语,句型: height, medium, build, hair, blonde, brown, curly, straight, thin, heavy, beard, glasses be of medium height, be of medium bulid, long curly black hair, have a beard, wear a glasses, what does sb look like? sb+be+adj., sb +be of medium +n, sb+has/have+n 2.学会简单描述一个人的外貌。 3.培养学生合作意识。教学重点:what does sb look like?教学难点:is 和has 在描述人的外貌中的区分。教学过程: step one: Dictation Ask No.4 students in each group to come to the front,and lets check the new words. step two:Preparing There are seven tasks in this class, and each goup will have one. The teacher will give them 5 minutes to reprepare their task. task one: 询问某人外貌的句型。有没有同义句?be like 和look like的区分? task two:height有什么词性?都是什么意思?对height 提问用什么?与height 连用的短语有哪些常用的?描述height的三个单词或短语是什么? task three:bulid.它的词性和汉译,常用的短语。 task four: hair hair什么时候为可数名词什么时候不可数?描述头发的三类形容词是什么?它们怎么罗列? task five :除了上诉描述认的外貌的短语外,还有什么补充?例如:围围巾,戴眼镜,留胡子,用英语怎么说? task six:归纳总结回答what does sb look like?是的几类句型。着重区分什么时候用is与has? tasks even: 处理section A 2a 2b 的两则听力材料 task eight:每组编一则小对话 当然,这可能会限制学生的思路,现在学生还不知道怎么讲课,这只是做一些引导,每个小组给4-5分钟的时间,task eight是作为伸缩内容的。提前学生吧要讲的内容简明的写在黑板上。 step three:Showing Each group to show their performance.I will give each group 4-5minutes,and write down their advantages and disadvantages. step four :Dialogue If time permitted, we would try this task. step five :summary Summarise and find out the mistakes.教学目标1.学会描述人的外貌,并根据描述画出人像。2.学会谈论身高、 体重、发型和面部特征。3.学会简单地表达自己的观点或好恶。4.培养表演对话及看图说话能力, 培养听的技能及综合能力的运用能力。重点难点教学重点:掌握描述人的外貌的基本句型What does he/she look like? They are of medium height.等。教学难点:用所学句型来描述自己喜欢的人并陈述理由;描绘自己未来的理想职业。教学方法倡导体验、 实践、 参与、 合作与交流的学习方式和任务型的教学模式。练习与作业What does he look like?第一课时一、根据首字母提示以及对话内容,完成对话。A: Good morning. Nice to see you! How are you today?【事先准备好10张图片,分别是四张有关发型(长发,短发,卷发直发),三张有关身高(高个男孩,矮个男孩,中等个头男孩), 三张有关体形(胖女孩,瘦女孩,中等身材女孩)。】2. 游戏导入T: Before we have a new lesson, lets play a guessing game. Now please look at the blackboard.(在黑板上画一个圆)What am I going to draw? Can you guess? S1, please.S1: An apple.T: No. S2, please.S2: An egg.T: No.(在第一个圆下面再加一个圆)S3, please. S3: A boy.T: You got it! Smart boy!3. 语言输入、词汇句型教学1)在黑板上用简笔画画三个身高,体形和发型差异很大的人,一边画一边说,同时在黑板上板书出划线生词。T: Now look, this boy is Mike. He is short and heavy.(做手势“矮”和“胖”)And this one is Jet, he is of medium height and medium build. And this one is Maria. She is tall and thin.(做手势“高”和“瘦”)(继续画三个人的头发)What about their haircuts. Mike has short straight hair.
