What do I do?Answer:1. Make sure that the power cord is properly plugged into the mains outlet. Check if the input voltage of machine is same as local AC power. If the voltage measures “0”, the power cable may be damaged.2. Check if the output voltage of the transformer is 24Volts AC. If the voltage measures “0”, the transformer may be overheated or damaged. Turn power off and allow transformer to cool for several minutes then reset. Replace the transformer if the symptom still exists.3. What do I do? Answer: The most problems are caused by wrong connection photocell terminal or wrong connection of two magnetic steel components /limit switches. Please diagnose the trouble as following step: 1. Check the terminal 8 should be shorted with terminal 9 by a jumper wire if the photocell doesnt be used. Please reset this jumper wire if it is loss. 2. Then plug the power to test the motor run in the case that the magnetic limit switch of machine doesnt sensed by magnetic steel components). Disconnect the wires of the motor from terminal 1 and 2. Connect the wires to the terminal 16 and 17 directly, the motor should run, and then exchange the wires, the motor should run in the opposite direction. If motor run well, the probably problem is caused by magnetic switch.3. Check if the magnetic limit switch is proper connected, any one of three wire from limit switch is disconnected will lead the gate opener failure. Pay attention to the higher magnetic component in left side gate from view of property. Check the connection of the opener; ensure the wires of limit switches have been connected tightly.2. Check if the higher/lower magnetic steel components are in the left /right side gate from view of property accordingly.3. Check if the limit switch is defective. Use a jumper wire to short the terminal 4 with terminal 3 and terminal 5 on the control board, try to operate again to check if the failure disappears. The open limit switch is defective if the open failure disappears; please replace it by new one. The close limit switch is defective if the close failure disappears; please replace it by new one.4. Check if the limit switch is defective. The control board is ok If the gate works.
