Test of English for International Communication TOEIC考试上门服务相关规定和流程（中文版）TOEIC TEST In-house Service Policies & Procedures Outline （Chinese Version）服务内容相关程序相关规定截止时间备注客户提交上门服务申请1. 提交TOEIC考试上门服务申请表邮件发送至相关考务部工作人员，并抄送相关产品部服务人员。考试日期前2周2. 交纳考试费 考试费： RMB365/人 付费方法：银行转账公司名称：全美测评软件系统（北京）有限公司开户银行：招商银行北京分行长安街支行支行银行账号：0583796610001考试日期前一周3. 差旅费报销在北京、上海、广州、成都以外的其它城市举办考试，如果一次考试人数少于50人/场，ATA考务人员的差旅费由客户承担，实报实销。如果以上4个城市一次考试人数少于5人/场，除考试费以外，客户需要支付RMB500元/场的考场管理费。上门服务确认1. ATA按照客户提交的上门服务申请，与客户确认考试时间、地点、设备、参加人员及协助人员等所有相关信息客户按照ATA提供的TOEIC考试上门服务场地和设备要求来选择考试地点和设施。收到上述申请后立即执行2. ATA发送上门服务确认信通过E-mail发送考试前5个工作日提供考试1. ATA考务人员按照双方协订的时间到达考试地点。 ATA每次考试派一位考试负责人管理考试。 由客户按照考试人数（每60名考生，需要提供一名助理人员）提供助理人员，帮助监考并起协调作用考试当天2. 考试环境布置ATA在助理人员的协助下进行，包括下列内容 考场外面：张贴TOEIC海报、考场规则、考场标牌、指路牌和洗手间指示牌、考生名单等。 考场内： 按照TOEIC考试的要求摆放考位、钟表安放、贴座位标号、张贴考场规则、在白版或黑板上书写注意事项、测试语音设备等。 ATA提供所有指示牌、海报、名单， 由客户提供钟表、黑板或白板。约定的考场布置时间。一般根据考生量来设定布置所需时间。3. 考生入场 ATA考务人员负责按照考生名单检查考生的证件。 考生必须携带有效证件参加考试。 有效证件包括身份证、军官证和护照。其它证件无效。 对没有携带证件、或所携带证件不符合要求的考生。 ATA有权拒绝其参加考试。 但客户派出的助理人员有权确认其身份，ATA得到助理人员的书面确认后，可以允许其参加考试。根据考生的数量定。一般每10个人大约需要5分钟。4. 开始考试 考试语音指导使用中文，对中文理解有困难的考生给予简单英语解释。 每次考试使用不同的考试卷。 考试过程中将再次检查证件。 发现作弊或其它违规现象，严格按照ATA的要求处理，并在考试成绩报告中报送给客户。个人信息填写需要大约20分钟；考试需要2小时。成绩报告1. 电子版成绩报告通过E-mail发送给客户，包括按照姓名和证件号码两种排序的报表， 内容有： 考生姓名的英文形式 证件号码 听力成绩、阅读成绩和总分。考试结束后1周内2. 打印的成绩报告 邮寄给客户 客户的收信地址只限于中国大陆境内 如果客户要求将成绩发送到任何境外地区，ATA将使用DHL方式，并收取DHL邮寄费 补发打印的成绩报告：需要按照每份成绩RMB40元的标准另收取制作费考试结束后2周内TOEIC考试上门服务相关规定和流程（英文版）TOEIC TEST In-house Service Policies & Procedures Outline （English Version）Service ContentsProceduresPoliciesDeadlineRemarksDeliver In-house service application1. Travel reimbursementFor the test held in cities outside Beijing, Guangzhou, Shanghai and Chengdu, Client shall pay the round trip of the administrator sent by TOEIC Office as the traveling cost when the test volume is less than 50 at one test administration together. Client assign assistants (1 assistant/60 candidates) to help on the test administration and association. On the testing dateTesting environment setup ATA administrator setup the environment with help of assistants as following: Out of testing rooms: Past posters, site regulation, road maps, testing rooms sign, toilet sign, candidate name list etc In the testing rooms: setup seats, clock,; paste seat labels, site regulation; written notice on white board or black board; testing audio equipment etc ATA provide all the signs, posters and candidate name list. Client provide clock, black board or white board and audio equipment.Before testing. The needed time is decided by testing volume.Check-in ATA administrator check candidates ID according to the name list. Candidate must take one official ID for testing. Official ID are: Citizenship ID, Passport and Military ID only. Other ID are invalid for TOEIC. For candidates who take no ID or invalid ID, ATA has the right of prohibition. But Client assistants has right to notarize his/her identity. ATA may permit to take test if assistants can give written prove. The time needed will base on the volume. Normally we need 5 minutes/10 candidates.Testing There is audio direction in Chinese. For candidates who has problem with Chinese, we will give simply English direction. Use different test form for tests.
