6 Fire Truck Passage6.0.1 The road within the street should be considered with pass of fire truck, its better the distance of road central line is not more than 160.0m. When the length of building along the street is more than 150.0m or the total length is more than 220.0m, then the fire truck passage passing through the buildings should be arranged. When its really difficult to realize, then the circled fire truck passage should be arranged.6.0.2 For the buildings with closed courtyard or open yard, when he length of its short side is more than 24.0m, its better the fire truck passage is arranged to enter the courtyard or open yard.6.0.3 If the buildings with closed courtyard and open yard is built along the street, then the pedestrian passage connecting the street and the courtyard should be arranged (the staircase could be used), but its better the distance is not more than 80.0m.6.0.4 On both sides of fire truck passage passing through the buildings or entering the courtyard, the facilities affecting the fire truck pass or people evacuation should not be arranged.6.0.5 For public buildings such as the stadium with more than 3,000 seats, conference hall with seats more than 2,000 and exhibition hall with site area more than 3,000sqm, the circled fire truck passage is better to be arranged.6.0.6 Fire truck passage should be arranged in the factory and storage area.For the Class-A, Class-B and Class-C factory with site area more than 3,000sqm or Class-B & Class-C storage with site area more than 1,500sqm, the circled fire truck passage should be arranged, if its really difficult to realize, then the fire truck passage should be arranged along two long sides of buildings.6.0.7 For the combustible material stock dump, LGP storage area, liquid storage tank area on Class-A, Class-B & Class-C and combustible gas storage tank area, the fire truck passage should be arranged. And the arrangement of fire truck passage should satisfy the following regulations:1. If the storage volume is more than the stock dump, and storage tank area mentioned in Sheet 6.0.7, the circled fire truck passage is better to be arranged.2. For the combustible material stock dump with site area more than 30,000sqm, the fire truck passage in the middle should be arranged to connect with circled fire truck passage, and the distance between fire truck passages is better not more than 150.0m. For LGP storage area, liquid storage area on Class-A, Class-B & Class-C, and combustible gas storage area, the circled fire truck passage within these areas is better to be arranged with connecting fire truck passage.3. The minimum distance between the fire truck passage and material stock dump should be not less than 5.0m.4. The slope of empty space for parking the fire truck is better not more than 3%. The space between the fire truck passage and factory (storage) and civil buildings should not be arranged with barriers that may affect the operation of fire truck.6.0.10 The circled fire truck passage should have at least two positions connecting with other truck passage. The end-type fire truck passage should be arranged with turning passage or turning field, and the area of turning field should be not less than 12.0m * 12.0m; if its used for large fire truck, then the area is better not less than 18.0m * 18.0m.The fire truck passage, rescue operation place, piping and blind ditch below and others should have enough bearing capacity for the fire trucks.The fire truck passage could use the traffic road, but the pass and parking for fire truck should be satisfied.6.0.11 Its better the fire truck passage is not in level cross with railway trunk line. If its really necessary to be in level cross, then the back-up passage should be arranged, and the distance between two passages should be not less than the length of one train.5 Civil Building5.1.1 Fire resistance of civil building is classified as Level I, II, III & IV. Unless otherwise regulated, for the buildings with wood pillar for bearing and non-combustible component as wall, its fire resistance should be determined as Level-IV;2. When the ceiling of buildings with fire resistance on Level II is non-combustible component, its fire resistance is not limited;3. In the buildings on Level II fire resistance, for the separation wall of room with area not more than 100sqm, if its really difficult to follow the regulations in this form, then the non-combustible components with fire resistance not lower than 0.3n could be used;4. For the separation wall on both sides of emergency passage in buildings on Level I & II fire resistance, if its really difficult to follow the regulations in this form, then the 0.7h non-combustible component could be used.5.1.2 In buildings with Level II fire resistance, when the room separation wall uses the difficult-combustible component, its fire resistance should be increased by 0.25h.5.1.3 For accessible flat roof with Level I & II fire resistance, the fire resistance of its roof plate should be not lower than 1.50h and 1.00h respectively.5.1.4 The roof plate of buildings with Level I & II fire resistance should use non-combustible components, but its roof water-proof layer and heat insulation layer could use combustible component. 5.1.5 When the floor slab of residential building with Level I & II fire resistance is prestressed reinforced concrete, then the fire resistance of the slab should be not lower than 0.75h.5.1.6 The ceiling of buildings with Level III fire resistance below should use non-combustible component or difficult-combustible component with fire resistance not lower than 0.25h;1.
