Site engineering geological conditions and hydro-geological conditions根据初勘和试桩区的勘测成果,场地勘测深度范围内地基土层主要由杂填土,素填土,粉质黏土,粉砂、粉质黏土,淤泥质粉质粘土与粉土互层,粉砂夹粉质粘土,粉质粘土夹粉土、细砂,粉、中度风化粉砂质泥岩等组成。Based on the results of the preliminary survey and pile testing report, feature of the rock-soil of the borehole columnar secion are described as follows: miscellaneous fill, plain fill, silty clay, silty sand, silty soil, mucky silty clay and silty clay layer, silty sand mixed with silty clay, silty clay mixed with silty sand, fine sand, silty sand, and medium weathered silty mudstone.各地层工程地质特性,详见岩土工程勘察报告。For the detailed geological features, please refer to the geotechnical survey report.第三章 施工准备Chapter Three Preparations for Construction一、技术准备I. Technical preparation1、承包商项目部和项目公司举行开工会,以确保对所有要求有清楚的理解。1. The project department of the contractor and the project company hold the kick-off meeting, to ensure all requirements are understood clearly.2、认真熟悉图纸,做好图纸会审。2. Familiarize with drawings and carry out proper joint review of drawings.3、对施工人员进行有针对性的施工组织设计或施工方案技术交底,内容包括:工程施工进度计划,分项工程的施工工艺标准及安全保证措施,质量标准和验收规范等。3. Clarify pertinent technical details of construction organization design and construction scheme to construction personnel, including: construction schedule, construction process standard and HSE assurance measures, QA and acceptance standard.4、做好测量放线及定位工作,对周围邻近建筑物布置沉降及位移观测点。4. Carry out proper measurement, setting-out, and positioning. Arrange settlement and displacement observation points at nearby buildings.5、地下障碍物调查:根据业主提供的场区地下管线、构筑物的详细位置及不明地下障碍物进行现场探测工作(包括其深度、位置及走向),做好定位标志,并向施工技术人员作书面和现场的确认交底。5. Investigation of underground obstacles: according to detailed positions of site underground pipelines and structures provided by Owner, and unidentified underground obstacles, carry out site detection (including depth, position, and routing thereof), make proper positioning signs, and confirm details to construction technical personnel in written form and on site. 6.做好一切试验工作,如钢筋复试、砂石料试验等。6. Finish all the testing work, such as rebar test and sand test.7对进场的所有人员进行安全、防火和文明施工教育,及时办理建设单位各种施工手续(动土证、动火证、作业证)。7. Organize safety, fire prevention and housekeeping training to all the staff. Apply for all kinds of permits necessary for work (permit to exavation, permit to hot work, and permit to work)8、施工前,项目经理部根据业主对该工程的工期要求,作好施工工作计划,该计划主要反映开工前、施工中必须做的有关工作,内容如下:8. Before construction, the Project Management Dept. shall prepare a work plan for the whole project, which shall mainly reflect relevant work necessary before and during construction. Contents are as follows:. 施工前根据地质勘察报告对各施工部位地段进行详细的了解。(1)Before construction, understand details of each construction location according to geologic investigation report.施工前,应从甲方处接收轴线基准点、高程测量控制点,并进行复核签证。轴线的定位点及水准点,应设置在施工场区附近不受施工影响,并在施工现场布设测量控制网。(2) Before construction, obtain information of axis benchmarks and elevation measurement control points from Party A and verify the same. Axis positioning points and benchmarks shall be arranged on site where not affected by construction. In addition, surveying control network shall be provided on construction site.根据有关施工标准、验收规范、质检部门及档案部门的要求,按技术管理资料、质量保证资料及验收评定资料三类资料编制或购买各种专用表格,施工前各种表格应备齐,工地办公室应张挂桩位图、大样图、施工进度表,施工记录汇总表及施工场区平面布置图等。(3) According to requirements by relevant construction standards, acceptance codes, quality inspection department, and archiving department, prepare or purchase various special forms for 3 types of information: technical management information, quality assurance information, and acceptance evaluation information. Before construction, these forms shall be complete, and in site offices, pile position drawing, big sample drawing, construction progress schedule, construction record summary table, and construction site plane arrangement drawing etc. shall be posted.施工前各项准备工作完毕后,项目经理应填写开工通知单、报送监理工程师、业主批准。(4) Before construction, after various preparations are complete, the project manager shall fill out a Commencement Notification Sheet for approval by the supervision engineer and Party A.二、 现场准备III. Site preparations1、报安全方案并对施工人员进行安全技术交底,进行安全培训,办理人员、机械进场相关手续。(详见安全方案)1. Submit the safety plan, inform the construction staff the safety plan technology, carry out safety orientation to the construction staff and labor, perform self-inspection to ensure proper working condition, go through the procedure for labor and equipment mobilization.2. 在三通一平的基础上,规划好施工现场平面布置(见附图二),采用彩钢板进行施工场地围挡。根据施工平面布置图布置材料堆放、发电机棚、电焊机棚并按施工要求接好电源。2. Based on “connection of the 3 utilities and site leveling”, set up construction site enclosure railing. According to construction plane arrangement drawing, arrange generator shed, electric welding machine shed, and connect electric power and water supply according to construction requirements.3、提前做好泥浆循环池及中转池,循环池和中转池分别在现场挖设,尺寸暂定为长2米、宽2米、深1米和长6米、宽4米、深4米,采用砖砌。4、为确保工程桩施工顺利进行,进场前应作好充分准备。对施工场地作出必要的规划,焊制钢筋笼、排浆、照明等施工用电,为确保钻机设备移位时的安全、文明标化现场要求。现场配置 1 台200KW发电机组,确保施工用电;敬请甲方指定现场施工用水位置,以保证用水满足施工要求。4. To ensure smooth construction of engineering piles, full preparation is required before mobilization to site. Necessary planning shall be made for construction site. Electricity for welding steel cages, slurry discharge and illumination should be ready to ensure the safety of moving drilling machines, and doing mark up in a civilized manner. One set of 200KW generator shall be provided to ensure the electricity supply for construction.三、物资准备III. Preparation of materials根据施工图上工程量、施工进度计划要求以及现场堆放场地条件编制的材料需用量,联系好合格材料供货商,合理安排施工物资及时进场,保证施工正常进行。According to materials demand plan and machinery/equipment mobilization plan prepared before construction, arrange timely mobilization of construction materials to site.四施工测量准备IV Construction measurement preparation1、熟悉施工坐标系统及标高系统,必要时进行正确换算,与业主/监理进行测量控制点交接,建立本工程测量控制网,以便准确、方便地测放桩位及控制桩顶标高;1. Get familiar with coordinate and elevation system so that the conversion can be doneif necessary. Discuss with owner/supervisor on measurement control points to establish measurement control network for this project so that positioning and elevation of the piles can be accurately done2对投入本工程的所有计量器具按规定进行检定或标定;2. Conduct calibration and inspection towards measurement devices used in the project.3准备各类测量仪器的配套器材;3. Prepare all the accessories for measuring devices.五、其他准备. Other preparations1、提前办好夜间施工、泥浆(渣土)清运的特批批文。1. Obtain special approval of night construction and clearing/transport of slurry (slag soil) in advance.2、主动与周边施工单位联系,制定共用场地、共用道路的使用方案,最大限度地减少互相影响。2. Contact surrounding construction units in an active manner to determine scheme of shared sites and roads and to avoid mutual interference to the maximum extent.3、联系好泥浆消纳场地,并确定好场外运输路线,积极与当地公安、交通、环保、市容等部门联系,办理各种相关手续。3 Contact and determine slurry disposal field, determine line of transport to such field, and actively contact local police, traffic, environmental protection, and townscape departments to obtain various related procedures.第四章 项目管理组织机构Chapter Four Project Management Organization Structure一:项目部组织机构一:Organizational Structure o f the Project Management根据本工程具体特点,项目部的组织机构形成项目经理领导下的分工负责制,项目部设项目经理1人, 施工经理1人,质量经理1人,安全经理1人,商务经理1人,施工员2人,质检工程师 2人,安全工程师1人,资料主管1人,费用控制工程师1人,进度控制工程师1人详见下页项目部组织机构图。Based on the specific features of the project, project team includes the following members: project manager (1 person), construction manager (1 person), QA/QC manager (1 person), commercial manager (1 person), construction staff (2 persons), QC engineer (2 persons), HSE engineer (1 person), document staff (1 person), cost control engineer (1 person), and progress control engineer (1 person) . Construction process for bored cast-in-place concrete piles:1、桩位测放与护筒埋设1. Measurement and setting-out of pile positions and burying of protective cylinders 测量人员根据甲方提供轴线位置用TOPCOM全站仪设置控制点,用极坐标法定位,准确放线,定桩位中心线和桩位中心,并打入短钢筋,做好标志。(1) Measurement personnel shall use TOPCOM total station to set up control points according to axis position provided by Party A, carry out positioning using polar coordinate method, and carry out accurate setting-out, to determine pile position centerlines and centers. Drive short rebars into ground at such positions as marking.埋设护筒 Burying of protective cylinders护筒规格800,长1米,并在其出口人工挖设沟槽连接至循环池。.护筒就位后周围用土埋实,并定好桩中心点位,其偏差不得大于2cm,埋设过程中做双护栏的硬围护。测量护筒口高程,报请监理复核验收。The specification of 1-meter long protective cylinders is 800, and a groove should be dug at its mouth in order to link the circle pond. Then bury protective cylinders and fix the center point of piles, and the deviation should not be more than 2cm. In the process of burying, steel fences are needed.
