总结具有高效盖印效果的技术要点1 光敏印章的原理The principle of a photosensitive seal 光敏技术指的是利用光敏材料的感光特性进行印章制作的方法。专用的光敏材料是一种超微泡材料,其表面的微孔孔径非常小,平均孔径小于30微米。本身具有储油渗油及光闪熔特性。光敏材料在受到强光照射的时候,可以吸收光能并转换成热能,颜色越暗吸收的能量越多。曝光时,光敏材料表面见光部分瞬间吸收大量的光能后,温度迅速上升并达到熔点,闪光结束后,表面熔体的温度迅速降低,形成一定厚度和强度的薄膜,这层薄膜同时起到封孔闭孔的作用,并隔绝印油的渗透。这就是光敏章成像的原理。利用光敏材料的这一特性,用激光打印机将章稿打印在具有透光特性的硫酸纸或激光胶片上,将其覆盖在光敏材料上后放在曝光机内曝光,由于章稿本身具有黑度不能透光,因而章稿覆盖的光敏材料没有受到光照仍然可以储油渗油,而其他部分则由于受到光照发生凝固不能渗油,从而实现了印章的制作。由于激光打印机的打印精度在1200dpi以上,加之光敏材料本身的超微孔结构,因此,光敏印章的精度比采用激光雕刻的印章或其它技术方式制作的印章的盖印精度高出许多,是目前印章制作精度最高的一种印章。Photosensitive technology refers to the use of photosensitive photosensitive material features of seal engraving method.
