Ltd廣州耐普羅模具塑膠製品有限公司1. PURPOSE 目的It is provided for the instruction of operating and periodic maintenance of the gauge for assurance of accuracy of the gauge.为仪器的操作及定期维护提供指引并保证仪器的使用精度。2. SCOPE 範圍The work instruction is applicable to CMM with impact 600.本规程适用于Impact 600 三坐标测量仪。3. Operating Procedure 操作程序3.1. Equipment Introduction 设备介绍Feature Tool bar元素栏DRO数字显示输出Smart Tool bar快速工具条Main Tool bar主菜单Probe System探针系统Control Panel操作面板 3.2. Operating Procedure 操作程序3.2.1. Turn on the switch of the gas and the power of computer.开启气源开关及电脑电源.3.2.2. Make sure the servo is on and click the Icon to launch the software Virtual DMIS 6.0.确保伺服系统是开启的,然后点击图标 去启动软件Virtual DMIS 6.0。3.2.3. Click the icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen and it can automatically move to its home position.点击屏幕的右上角图标,使机器自动地移动到它的原始位置。3.2.4. Sensor configuration 传感器配置3.2.4.1. Go to System Tool Bar / Configuration / Sensor Configuration and then display a dialog box as the Figure 1.在系统工具/配置下选择传感器配置,然后会出现如图1所示的对话框。3.2.4.2. Select appropriate sensor configuration according to measurement requirement. (Pls. refer to manual for the details.)根据测量的要求选择不同的传感器配置(详细流程请参考说明书)。Figure 1 Figure 23.2.5. Sensor Calibration 传感器校准3.2.5.1. Fix the master ball on the granite table as the Figure 2.将Master Ball安装到大理石平台上,如图2所示。3.2.5.2. Select the icon on the main tool bar and select the icon for calibration.在主菜单上选择图标,然后选择图标执行校准程序。3.2.5.3. A dialog box will be displayed as the Figure 3 and verify the calibration parameter in the calibration window whether it is correct.如图3所示的对话框会被显示,然后检查校准参数的正确性。3.2.5.4. Select “Apply” and then perform the manual calibration.(You can perform an automatic calibration program after finish the manual calibration. Pls. refer to the manual for details.)选择“Apply”,然后执行手动校准。(在执行完手动校准后,可再进行一次自动校准程序。具体操作请参考操作说明书。) Figure 3 Figure 43.2.6. It can begin to measurement after the calibration has been done.在校准完成之后就可以开始测量了。3.2.7. Pls. refer to the manual for Feature Measurement, Coordinate System, Tolerance Application, Reporting and compile the program.对于元素测量,坐标系统,公差应用,报告和编辑自动程序请参考操作手册。3.2.8. Execute a program 执行程序测量3.2.8.1. Selectfrom the Main Tool Bar. 在主菜单上选择图标。3.2.8.2. Select from the Smart Tool Bar, click the first line as Figure 4 and the program will run from the this line.在快速工具条下选择图标,点击如图4中所示的第一条目,程序将从这条线开始运行。4. Maintenance 维护4.1. Clean the surfaces of each scale with a without-dust cloth. Do not allow any residue stains to appear. Gently wipe in one direction to move dirt off scales do not wipe back and forth to redistribute existing dirt.用无尘布清洁每个光栅尺的表面。不允许任何的杂质和污点残留,轻轻地用无尘布向一个方向擦拭,不要来回擦拭以免将杂质重新粘在光栅尺上。4.2. Clean the granite table with a without-dust cloth with ethanol and wipe dry with a clean dry cloth.用无尘布和无水乙醇来清洁大理石平台,然后用一块干燥的布来擦干。4.3.
