某学院财务管理问题探讨 本篇论文目录导航： 【题目】某学院财务管理问题探讨【第一章】学院财务管理风险防控研究绪论【第二章】独立学院财务风险相关理论基础研究【第三章】学院财务管理现状和存在问题【4.1】学院财务风险分类【4.2 4.3】学院财务风险成因分析【第五章】学院财务风险管理策略【结论/参考文献】如何加强学院财务管理研究结论与参考文献摘 要 作为我国高等教育改革中出现的一种全新的办学模式和创新机制，独立院校已经发展成为我国高等教育体系的重要组成部分，独立院校既是对高等教学资源体系的有效扩展，也是满足人民对高等教育日渐强烈需求的重要基础。独立学院经过近年来的飞速发展，不论是在教育教学水平还是内部管理等方面都取得了长足的进步，然而，与国家公立高等院校相比，独立学院仍然处于发展的初级阶段，还存在着诸多不成熟的因素。 与普通的公立高等院校和民办高校不同，独立学院是以国家非财政性经费举办的实施高等教育的学校，其建设和日常办学所需经费及其它相关支出，是由民营资本和合作方筹措资金解决的，独立院校的经营管理后果由自身完全承担。在经过快速的扩张性发展之后，由于大规模校园建设和生源竞争中的劣势等问题逐渐的显现，同时，由于缺少政府投入这一资金保障，使得独立学院面临着比公办院校更大的财务风险。 本文在对独立院校财务风险进行全面分析的基础上，从独立学院财务管理模式和财务管理机制的特点出发，综合运用经济学、管理学、统计学等学科理论，对独立院校财务管理概念、财务管理体制机制、财务管理内容和财务管理方式以及影响独立院校财务管理水平的因素进行研究和探讨，分析当前我国独立院校财务管理过程中存在的问题和不足以及产生这些问题的原因，阐述了独立院校财务管理和内控应该遵循的基本原则，在以山东省某地方独立院校为例进行实证分析的基础上，提出有效的防范和控制独立院校财务管理风险的对策和建议。 本文首先对国内外高校和独立院校财务管理和财务管理风险控制进行了研究；其次，对高校财务风险管理的基本概念和理论进行了介绍，对独立院校财务管理的基本模式和财务管理机制等进行了理论阐述；然后对独立院校财务管理风险的类型及成因进行了分析，从筹资风险、投资风险、资金回收风险和结余分配风险四个角度对独立院校财务管理风险防控措施进行了分析；最后从筹资渠道拓展、投资风险防范、资金回收风险防范和结余资金分配风险防范等四个方面分别提出了管理和控制高校财务风险的对策和建议。 关键词：独立院校；财务风险管理；高校财务风险控制；风险规 Abstract Independent institute, as a major breakthrough in the innovative and reformingprocess of University mechanism, has become an important part of the higher education inour country, it is not only conductive to expanding high quality education resource system,but also satisfy the increasingly strong demand for high education of the peodevelopment, whether in management forinternal management of teaching buildings has made great progresses, however, comparedwith public institutions or national institutions of high education colleges, it is still in theearly stage of development and there are much immature in many aspects in independentinstitivate universities and colleges,independent colleges is the kind of high education systems which are held by non-statefinancial funds implementation, the expenses for the basic constructions, the daily runningand other related cost, is provided by private capital partners and financing solutions, andthe independent colleges and universities are full responsible for the whole consequencesof operation and managemleges appeared gradually after rapid development and expansion in recent two decades,such as the lack of the funds due to large-scale campus construction, and the disadvantagesin competition of students, which emerged graduaguarantee of government investment, therefore, it will face muchmore problem compared with public high education schofinancial risk prevention measures, it becomes an importantguarantee for the maintenance of health, stable and sustainable development ofindependent colle of independent college financialmanagement, the mechanism of independent college financial management, the contentand the method of financial management, and the influence element for independentcollege financial management, based on the comprehensive analysis of independentcollege financial management risks, combined with the character of independent collegefinancial management mechanism and metage in the process of the independent college running, as well as the reasonscaused the above problems, describes the basic principles of financial management andinternal control in the operation of daily run of independent college, then the efficientcountermeasure and the suggestion is proposed in the paper based on the empirical analysisof the independent college in Shandnt college domestic and foreign and thefinancial risk control method of college is studied, then, the basic concept and theory ofcollege financial management is produced, and the basic mode of independent collegefinancial management and the mechanism of financial management is introduced here, thetypes of independent college and its' causes is described from the four aspects: financialrisk, investment risk, capital recovery risk and balance the allocation of risk, finally, thecountermeasure and suggestion for managing and controlling the financial managementrisk of independent college is proposed from the government, bank and the universityitself .
