Details are according to actual the number of sellers commissioning engineers and actual schedule, the buyers will pay all transportation and accommodation for commissioning engineers in Qingdao. 卖方提供1020天左右的安装调试，买方提供37位卖方工程师在青岛的交通费用及膳宿费用等（包括37个宾馆标准间和食物）。具体根据实际安装调试工程师数量和日程，买方支付卖方安装调试工程师全部本地交通和食宿费用等。7Warranty 保质期：1 year from day of acceptance but starting latest 100 days after day of shipment from Germany whichever comes first. 自验收起（但不晚于德国装期开始100天）1年内。8.The seller has to inform the buyer to visit sellers site for equipment acceptance 30 days before the seller finish equipment production. The buyer has to provide the seller with enough quantity raw materials which the seller will suggest for acceptance test. After equipment acceptance, the buyer will make signature for acceptance and the seller will arrange shipment immediately. 卖方完成设备加工，提前30天通知买方前往卖方验货。买方提供由卖方建议需要的足够数量原材料给卖方用于验收试验。经验货合格后，买方人员签字后卖方立即安排发货。9. All concerned quotation information belongs to the contract attachment, whichshall have the same legal force with the Contract.所有有关报价内容属于本合同附件，与本合同具有同等的法律效力。10.All disputes shall be finally settled under the Rules of Arbitration and Conciliation of the International Arbitral Centre (VIAC) of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber in Vienna by one arbitrator appointed in accordance with these rules.
