Project Overview 按照相关法律和室内空气质量标准(GB /T18883- 2002)对空气空气质量的要求，*银行将于2014年和2015年完成对中国区所有分支行（包括办公室、分行和支行）的空气质量检测。 According to the air quality requirements specified in related laws and (GB /T18883- 2002), * bank is expected to fulfill air quality inspection to all the branches and subbranches in China (including offices, branches and subbranches) in 2014 and 2015. 2014年检测任务：测试计划包含57个分支行,为所有分支行数量的1/3，包括主要的办公场所:IFC, GR/GLT，上海所有分支行，南京、昆明（每个城市只有1个分行），厦门、大连、成都、重庆、武汉。 2014 inspection task: The test plan consists of 57 branches and subbranches which take up 1/3 of total amount. Shanghai company undertakes the sampling task; the name list of planned sampling personnel is as follows: Xiao Hui, Ma Yanwu, Zhang Xuemei, He Lurong, Yu Feng and Liu Huan. It is expected to issue the inspection statement in ten (10) working days upon sampling. *银行上海分支行、国际金融中心现场采样日程安排On-site sampling schedule of Shanghai Subbranch of * Bank and International Financial Center 2.5.2*银行广州、佛山分支行 2.5.2 Guangzhou and Foshan Subbranch of * Bank 拟采样日期： 2014年10月13日-2014年10月15日，采样执行公司为深圳公司，拟采样人员名单：江创伟、吴钦林、苏家豪、陈萧炀、谢增芬、曾文明、郑乾成，预计出报告时间：采样后7-10个工作日。Planned sampling period: Between October 13, 2014 and October 15, 2014. Shenzhen company undertakes the sampling task; the name list of planned sampling personnel is as follows: Jiang Chuangwei, Wu Qinlin, Su Jiahao, Chen Xiaoyang, Xie Zengfen, Zeng Wenming and Zheng Qiancheng. It is expected to issue the inspection statement in 7-10 working days upon sampling. *银行广州、佛山分支行现场采样日程安排On-site sampling schedule of Guangzhou and Foshan Subbranch of * Bank 2.6质量保证措施 2.6 Quality Guarantee Measures 1.气密性检查：现场采集样品所用仪器均有动力装置，采样前对采样系统进行检查，不得漏气。1. Airtightness inspection: The dynamic unit is collocated for all the sampling instruments. Before sampling, the sampling system is inspected for no air leakage. 2.流量校准:采样前和采样后使用一级皂膜流量计校准采样系统进气流量，误差不超过5%。 2. Flow calibration: Before and after sampling, the calibration and sampling system of Level I soap film flow meter is adopted to inspect the air inlet flow with an error of not larger than 5%. 3.空白检验：每批现场采样过程中，留有两个采样管不采样，并按照其他样品管一样对待，作为采样过程中空白检验，若空白检验超过控制范围，则这批样品作废。3. Blank inspection: In each batch of on-site sampling, two sampling pipes are reserved and treated as other sample pipes and adopted for blank inspection; this batch of samples are abandoned if the blank inspection exceeds the control scope. 4.仪器使用前，按照仪器说明书对仪器进行检验和标定。4. Before normal usage of the instruments, they are inspected and calibrated according to the instrument specification. 5.计算浓度时将采样体积换算成标准状态下的体积5. In the calculation of concentration, the sampling volume is converted into the volume under standard status. 6、 每次平行采样，测定之差与平均值比较的相对偏差不超过20%。6. The parallel sampling is adopted at each time. The relative deviation between the measured gap and average value is not larger than 20%. 7.现场记录：现场人员如实记录现场情况、污染源情况、采样日期、时间、地点、数量、布点方式（绘制现场点位图）、大气压力、气温、相对湿度，并由现场人员签字确认后连同样品于当天一同交往实验室。7. On-site record: The on-site personnel records the on-site conditions, pollution source, sampling date, time, venue, quantity, collocation methods (on-site PT drawing is mapped out), atmospheric pressure, air temperature and relative humidity in an earnest manner; the on-site personnel signs for confirmation and then submit to the laboratory together with the samples. 8.采样控制点：在对角线或梅花式均匀分布，采样点避开通风口，离墙壁距离大于0.5m，采样高度：与人的呼吸带高度一致。 8. Sampling control point: It is evenly distributed in a diagonal or quincunx structure. The sampling points have to avoid the ventilation outlet and keep a distance of larger than 0.5m from the wall. The sampling height is compatible with the respiratory zone. 3. 服务承诺 3. Service Commitment3.1检测服务承诺 3.1 Commitment of Inspection Service 2014从10月13日至12月12日完成*银行57家分支行的检测。It is expected to finish the inspection of 57 subbranches of * bank between October 13, 2014 and December 12, 2014. 分支行采样完成后10个工作日，出具中英文对照版检测报告。The inspection statement in Chinese and English contrast version is issued within ten (10) working days upon sampling by subbranch. 检测报告包括检测数据，空气质量评价，空气质量改善建议。The inspection statement consists of the inspection data, air quality evaluation and air quality improvement suggestions. 2014年12月底前出具一份*银行总的风险评估和建议报告。One (1) copy of general statement on risk evaluation and suggestions is issued by * bank by the end of December 2014. 3.2增值服务承诺 3.2 Commitment of Value-added Service *银行室内空气质量检测中，检测结果中苯、甲苯、二甲苯、甲醛、臭氧、氨等有害因素如超标，除提供改进措施外，*公司将针对工作人员及办事人员常停留地点，进行危害因素的个体采样或定点采样，结合职业接触限值-化学有害因素和停留时间，评估有害化学物质对人体健康的影响。If the hazardous factors such as benzene, toluene, xylene, methanal, ozone and ammonia exceed the standard based on the inspection result in the indoor air quality inspection of * bank, * company should not only adopt improvement measures, but also organize individual sampling or fixed PT sampling to hazardous factors aimed at the stay venue of working personnel and office staffs, integrate with OELhazardou
