This translation do not give the depth impression ,but according to the specific content of advertising, we will have such a picture in our mind a man with deeply looking, rough skin and a heroic spirit .so we can make the AD more attractive with using “foreignization translation ” such as “cow boy ” and “the western”. Wearing is believing. (lovable内衣广告),这则广告来自英文谚语“Seeing is believing”. 直译为“穿了就相信/穿着即信仰”,译文中并没有体现出套用的谚语。,Seeing is believing. 百闻不如一见,Seeing is believing 意思是 “眼见为实”或 “百闻不如一见”, 翻译为“百闻不如一穿” 在形式上更接近广告本意 ,2.
