And when the temperature that measured is reached or exceeded the initial value it will send out the contact-point signal. Installation of WTZK-02Directly fix the thermoregulalator on the board using 3 bolts(M6),link the capillary between the thermoregulator and the convertor. the capillary must be fixed in each alternation 300mm to avoid be damaged. And the left capillary must be rolled to 300mm annularity and using the same fixed type.2. Installation of bulbYou must adjust the input current to suitable value according the output current of the current transformer (Ih), ,then filling the hot transformer oil to the seat hole on the transformer, loose the fix bolts of the convertor. The temperature enactment procedure，show in figure 5(5)When the pointer indicate 60,the K1 works immediately.The red recording pointer(3)Multimeter（3）5(1)Turn-on the meter widdershinsEnactment knob K1 Instruction:(1)If the temperature of K1 is 60，fixes the meter vertically, turn-on the meter widdershins. Liquid temperature 60(2) Turn to move to set the knob（4） K1 to 60 scale line.(3)Connect the multi-meter to the meter, than output K1.160mm(4) Put the bulb in the liquid which temperature is larger than 60,and be sure that the inserting depth160mm. (5) Look the pointer , when the pointerFigure 5 nicety at 60 scale line moment, turn-on the multimeter of K1 lead ,at the same time show that work. (6) Look at the (5) item, if something difference between multimeter and meter, adjusting the enactment knob, repeat the (4)、(5) item till in-phase. (7) Close the cover, screw down it clockwise. (Notice：When cover it，should be let the red recording pointer on the indicating pointers top right corner.)(8) Turn the knob of the center of the glass widdershins, make the red recording pointer close to the indicating pointer.PART ATTENTION1.The temperature which display during the store or transportation is not the exactly temperature, verifying must according to JJG310-2002.2、In the process of wiring and installing the thermoregulator, please handle it with care and operate strictly to the instructions。3. If reset the temperature, fixes the instrument on the instrument Board first, then according to the process to work. 4.
