Working pressure should not be higher than Max. working pressure, overpressure use cause to bad consequence will be responsible by user.2. The air tank application for compressor of oil lubricated.3. Air tank is important components of air compress system. Must work after make sure unit is complete, safe assistance parts are all ready and debugging safety valve. 4. Before use the air tank, must install one piece of full lift safety valve at least. Before install the air tank, must be tested by qualificatory organization. During use the air tank, must examine one time per year at fixed period at least, and make sure the safety valve is not rust during using. 5. Before use the air tank, must install one piece of pressure gage, and precision no less than 2.5 grade, measuring range is 1.5 to 3 times of design pressure. 6. Hospital who use the air tank need to establish equipment safety management record, scheduled maintenance, inspect, and make record, once abnormal occurred, should ask special equipment inspecting and testing organization come to inspect.7. Simple pressure vessel(Air tank) no need to transact use registration, during recommend life time no need to periodical survey. After recommend life time, the air tank need to scrap. If user organization request to continue using, need to ask local special equipment inspection agencies for periodic inspection according to pressure vessel periodic inspection rules. 8. Air tank should be layout on flat, avoid shaking make the welding point between support and barrel crazing, thus cause accident. 9. The shell of air tank should be avoid striking or heavy load, and avoid corrosive material contact shell or working in corrosive environment. 10. Periodically open the drain valve in the bottom of air tank, drain out ponding, prevent rust inside the tank. 11. After air tank is using, dont patch or weld repair.
