Namely, while saving each full set of records, it will print them out in the meantime. (If the PRINT SET is enabled.) (3) If the printout is not successful due to some error(i.e. printer failure), you could press SUPPLY PRINT to print out the current records saved. (4) You could print out the total value of the set of records by pressing TOTAL PRINT after each weighing procedure session if necessary. (5) The following report forms could be printed out by pressing PRINT FORME key. i.Classified daily forms. (Statistical forms index on time, truck number or goods number, etc.) ii.Total form 1: The statistical form index on time. iii.Total form 2: The statistical form index on truck number. iv.Total form 3: The statistical form index on goods number. v.Total form 4: The statistical form for all truck numbers and memory tares saved in the indicator. vi.Printouts of all parameters setting and setup result. If you wish to print another daily form at this moment, you may follow step 1. Otherwise exit by pressing WEIGH. . The indicator will automatically return to weighing mode if there is no weighing record prior to 08/25. In step 1, when you input 00.01 as the data and press INPUT, it will print out total from 1. When you input 00.02 as the data and press INPUT, Total form 2 will be obtained. When you input 00.03 as the data and press INPUT, Total form 3 will be obtained. When you input 00.04 as the data and press INPUT, Total form 4 will be obtained. When you input 00.05 as the data, insert the calibration plug and press INPUT, the printouts of all parameters setting and setup code will be obtained. (6) If you save records by the method of saving twice (Empty-truck first or full-truck first), the indicator will only display “LOAD” during the first saving owing to the incomplete records. This state will last about 1.5 seconds to remind the operator and the records could not be printed out. However, the incomplete records can be printed out by pressing SUPPL PRINT key. The results printed out always are: (1) Empty serial no. (2) The gross/ net weight are 0. (3) The tare value is the current weight displayed. 4.7 DELETING DATA RECORDS (1) The following are the methods of deleting data records. Method 1: Delete all records including all truck numbers and goods numbers. Method 2: Delete some truck number, the corresponding memory tare and weighing records. Method 3: Delete the last weighing record saved. Method 4: Delete all the records of one day. Method 4: Delete all the weighing records corresponding to a truck number except the truck number and its memory tare. Method 6: Delete all the weighing records corresponding to a goods number. Method 7: Delete any weighing record in the memory. (2) While deleting records by any method, the indicator will displayfor the operator to confirm. If “SURE0”, press INPUT to confirm. On the contrary, press INPUT or WEIGH to exit. Tare can be input as follows: (table 4-8) (1) Input the tare with digit keys. (“*” is the original value ) (2) Save the tare in weighing process. In the gross weight display mode, drive the empty truck onto the platform, press TRUCK NO. When the scale is stable, then press SAVE TARE after the truck number has been input. Alternatively, press SAVE TARE first, then input the truck number and press INPUT. (3) When saving each set of weighing records, the tare of the truck number will be saved as its memory tare if there is no memory tare before. step operation display note 1 Press TRUCK NO In the weighing mode 2o *Input truck number i.e. 35790 Input truck no Press INPUT o 35790 Input tare 3 Press INPUT P * P 01000 Input tare i.e. 10000kg 4Return to the weighing mode end Chapter 5 Setup and Calibration 5.1 You are required to connect the load cell properly and power up. The indicator will check its strokes automatically and then enter into working mode. 5.2 Insert the calibration plug into the 15-pin RS232 socket at the back of the indicator (Note: A 15-pin plug, short connected by pin 14 and pin 15, can be found in the Ex-box) 5.3 Now you can make calibration and set parameters as follow (*: the original setting ) Please refer to table 5-1 Notes: a)After calibration youd better print out setting result of the control parameters as well as setup code and keep in safe place so that you can input again in case you need. However you should input the value of F first and then press WEIGH twice to get into INPUT mode. b)Except that pressing WEIGH means non-operation and gets into the next step directly in step 4 nonlinear modification can be obtained through several additions to the load. (2)After each addition, input the additional value with digit keys then press CHECK key. After the last addition, press INPUT instead. (3)Five addition points ate allowed at most. g)All the parameters and setup mode included in the calibration should not be checked or modified before inserting the calibration plug with the exception of the last parameter y. Please refer to the process below: (1) In the weighing display mode, press and hold CALIBTATE about 2 seconds. (2) Input password 03190 when displaying “C *”. Then the indicator will display “C 03190”, press INPUT again. (3) Now it will display “y *”. The “*” is the original value of y, Which can be modified by digit keys. Finally press INPUT to end. h) If the overload alarm limit is more than 65535, the division must be set not less than Otherwise, the indicator will select 5 automatically as the division. *Calibration operation Table 5-1 StepOperationDisplayNote 1 Press CALIBRATE Press 888888 Press INPUT c00000 888888 Put the cal-switch into the cal-mode 888888 is the code company set, clients may change the code as per his own need. “d *”Input the division 2 Press 5 Press INPUT “d 005”(division=d, options are 1,2,5,10,20,50,100) For example: d=5 “dc *”Input the position of the decimal point(04) Press 2 “dc 2”i.e.2 3 Press INPUT “F*”Input overloaded alarm limit (Generally, F=the full scale +9 divisions) 4 Press 6045 “F060.45”.
