IP belongs to you plus moulds, tooling, drawing, software etc. 知识产权属于你包括模具、工具、图纸、软件等 Can only do what is explicitly permitted under contract, only buy quantities required no “extra production” 仅能做清楚的合同中清楚的允许的,仅购买所需要的数量 不要“多余产品” Total ban on sub contracting / sub licensing unless you have vetted before-hand and agreed in writing why? Lose control of use of IP materials 对分合同/分许可绝对禁止,除非你事先检查过并书面同意。原因?失去对知识产权的使用的控制 No sharing of moulds with any third party 不得同第三方共享模具。,Use contracts effectively 有效的使用合同,supply/distribution chain management 供应/销售链管理 Many have few, or no contracts, all through the chain 很多都只几乎没有或没有合同,都通过链 Many lose control of who is / is not authorised to use IP, and for what 很多受权/非受权失去了使用知识产权的控制,为什么 Not surprising that infringements become rife! 侵权变得普遍并不惊人!
