EPMA, 1995. 2. 王国栋 . 硬质合金生产原理 . 北京：冶金工业出版社， 1988 一、课程在培养方案中的地位、目的和任务 本课程是学生今后从事粉体材料与其他高性能新材料生产、科研、教学以及经营管理工作的基础。通过课程学习，有助于提高学生的专业知识水平与专业英语水平。 二、课程的基本要求 本课程是一门双语教学课程，讲稿与教案均为英语，要求学生具有一定的英语听说读写水平，同时要求学生具有粉末冶金原理、材料科学基础、物理化学的知识背景。通过学习，要求学生能系统地了解超硬材料与硬质合金制备的基本理论与应用基础知识，加深对粉末冶金材料制备工艺、生产设备与基础理论的理解。 三、课程的基本内容以及重点难点 第 1 章 Cutting Tool Materials a gate to understand super-hard materials and hardmetals ， 3 学时 * Understanding of cutting tool metallurgy and specific tool applications for various types of metalcutting. * high-speed steels, hardmetals, ceramics, cermets, and the superhard cutting tool materials are discussed * tool selection for various applications are outlined * types of tool failure modes are detailed 配教学片 2 个 第 2 章 Introduction to Super-hard Tool Materials ， 3 学时 Understanding of the commonly used super hard materials * the reasons why they are chosen as tool materials are discussed * the differences between CBN and diamond, PCBN and PCD, CBN blanks and PCD blanks, the production and usage are outlined 第 3 章 Hardmetal-1/Historical development & technical significance ， 3 学时 Understanding of the historical development and the technical significance of hardmetals * historical development are outlined * definition of terms, and properties are outlined * classification of sintered hardmetals are outlined 第 4 章 Hardmetal-2-3/Production of starting materials for hardmetal manufacture ， 7 学时 The production principle and methods of the raw materials, e.g. W 、 Co 、 carbides （ WC 、 TiC 、 TaC 、 (W,Ti)C, (W,Ti,Ta)C 、 NbC 、 Cr 3 C 2 、 VC 、 ） , nitrides and carbo-nitrides powders are described and the availability and distribution of the relevant ore bodies are discussed. The production principle and equipment of CIP, extrusion ， injection moulding are outlined. 配教学片 3 个 第 7 章 Hardmetal-6/Near-net-shaping of the die pressing in the hardmetals industry ， 3 学时 This contribution deals with the near net shape potential of the die pressing and the realization in the industrial production.
