副理-健身ASSISTANT MANAGER- 工作地点:Place of Work:工作范围及总体职责:Scope and General Purpose of Job:依照酒店标准和部门的运营概念,确保健身及水疗中心平缓高效的运营。To ensure the smooth and efficient running of Fitness Pavilion & Spa Department, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and departmental operation concept.上级主管:Report to:健身及水疗中心总监Director of Fitness Pavilion & Spa Department下属职员:Responsible for:所有普通员工包括救生员,健身教练,领班,宾客服务员,服务生,及所有合同制员工。All “Rank and File” staff including Lifeguards, Fitness Trainers, Team Leaders, Guest Service Officers and Attendants and all Fitness Pavilion & Spa Department Contractual Employees.工作职责Job Responsibilities 要在部门管理层的指引和领导下,按照酒店的政策和标准进行工作。Perform Tasks under the general guidance and direction of the department Management and within the limits of Hotel policies and procedures. 可以通过食品或饮料与设施供应商建立联系,确保拥有和谐的商业供应关系。Assist in positioning and monitoring of the facilities business relationship with Food & Beverage and Rooms, insuring a harmonious business fit. 管理,培训,及激发所有下属职员。Manage, train, and motivate all personnel reporting to this position. 需要时要向团队活动策划人介绍设施及娱乐计划。Meet with group meeting planners to show facilities and programmes as required. 如有大型会议团询问时, 宣传与推销合适的健身及水疗活动和计划。Promote and sell customised fitness and spa programmes to all facets of “MICE” clients as required. 给潜在客户提供参观。Provide thorough tours for prospective clients.工作职责(续)Job Responsibilities (continued) 通过电话或面谈,提供并有义务向所有潜在的设施使用者专业的介绍健身及水疗中心信息。Provides and is responsible for the professional delivery of all information on the telephone and in person to all potential users of the facilities. 促销不同健身及水疗设施的各个方面。Promote all aspects of the various fitness and spas facilities. 协助完成全年市场策略,开发新客户及市场鉴定。Assist in the implementation of 12 month market strategies and new business and market identification. 管理及对所有员工进行健身及水疗中心运作培训。例如:商业电话技能,客户关系,现有及季度计划,特殊计划和零售技能等。Administration and implementation of staff training in all aspects of the Fitness Pavilion & Spa Departments operations. i.e. telephone usage, guest relations, ongoing and seasonal programming, specialty programming and retail sales . 协助整个部门的监督与运作:Assist in the supervision/operation of all Recreational departments: 陆地活动Land Based Activities 水上活动Water Based Activities 设施前台和迎宾区域Facility Reception and Welcoming Areas 所有娱乐产品销售点All Recreational Retail Outlets 设施运作Facility Operations 确保有效地与酒店所有部门进行沟通。Ensure effective communication amongst all departments within the hotel.行政Administration 与所有供销商建立关系并了解其所供应的所有产品。Establish business relationships with all vendors and cost effective management of all product inventories 定期做管理报告。Create regular reports for management 保持库存,分类,安排日程以及由水疗总监安排的一些其它行政工作。To undertake stock maintenance, ordering, scheduling and any other administrative duties as and when assigned by the Spa Director. 协助招聘,发展及培训所有部门主管和支援者。Assist in the recruitment, development and training of all key personnel and support staff. 有效监督所有正常及特殊计划安排。Oversee effective scheduling of all regular and special programming. 协助发展和遵守标准运作程序指南。Assistant develop and adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures Manual. 确保部门每周与每月的沟通例会有效。To ensure weekly/monthly departmental communication meetings are effective.健康与安全Health and Safety 关注及确保所有员工遵循所有安全程序与实践。Follow and ensure that all employees follow all safety procedures and practices. 确保所有部门遵守酒店的安全演习。Ensure all departments adhere to all safety practices of the hotel. 协助发展和坚持部门紧急步骤和安全指南。Assist in the development and adherence of the Departmental Emergency Procedures Safety Manual. 遵守部门设施运作,紧急步骤及安全指南。Adherence to the Departmental Facility Operations & Emergency Procedures Safety Manual. 确保员工完全了解和遵循所有酒店关于安全的政策。To ensure employees have a complete understanding of and adhere to the hotels policy relating to safety.宾客服务Customer Service 确保所有员工遵循品牌承诺并始终提供优异的对客服务。Ensures that all employees deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times. 确保所有设施在任何繁忙情况下有效的运转并保持洁净。To ensure the facility is in peak condition at all times both operationally and with respect to cleanliness. 确定客人和会员任何时间的满意度,保证安全与服务质量是健身及水疗中心最重要的。To ensure guest/member satisfaction at all times by ensuring that safety and service is always the Fitness Pavilion & Spas first priority. 在各区域巡视以确保各区域员工很好地管理本职区域并使各项活动达到最佳满意度Spends time in the location to ensure that the location is managed well by the respective employees and functions to the fullest expectations 与客人建立并保持良好的客户关系。Assistant Manager-Recreation should establish a rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationships.财务Financial 确保与财务记录的保留、钱款处理和许可以及及时而准确的财政信息的上报全部符合酒店、公司和本地的制度、政策和规章的规定。Ensures that all hotel, company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to financial record keeping, money handling and licensing are adhered to, including the timely and accurate reporting of financial information. 协助进行盘点管理以及酒店营运设备和其他设施持续的保存保养。Assists the inventory management and ongoing maintenance of hotel operating equipment and other assets. 共同授权支出以保持资本与运作预算。Co-authorise expenditures in keeping with the capital and operating budgets财务 (续)Financial (Continue) 任何发票付款需共同批准。Co-approve all invoices before payment. 为后方运营审计员提供以下信息:Provide information to the Controller of the complete backroom operational procedures including: 应收款项Accounts receivable area 应付款项Accounts payable area 控制成本,其中包括所购物品,服务供应,及根据销售和产品利益需要利用的劳动力。Control the cost of goods purchased, services supplied and labour necessary to the sales and profit of our products and service.员工关系Employee Relations 确保健身及水疗中心与酒店各个部门保持良好的关系。To ensure the Fitness Pavilion & Spa maintains a positive relationship with all other hotel Departments. 负责协助管理员工的各个方面,例如:招聘,认识,改进行为等。Responsible for assist supervising all aspects of employee. i.e. Hiring, recognition and progressive corrective actions. 负责有效地培训员工各个方面的工作任务。Responsible for the efficient training of employees in all aspects of job tasks. 负责健身及水疗中心所有相关急救程序的培训。Responsible for all Fitness Pavilion & Spa training in pertinent emergency procedures 确保所有员工按照员工手册遵守员工制度。To ensure all employees adhere to all hotel standards as stated in the employee handbook. 定期进行员工效绩评估。Conduct performance appraisals in a timely manner.其他Other Duties 根据行业、公司和酒店对于健身及水疗中心职能要求的变化做出反应。Respon
