国际音标读音规则与图解,英语国际音标共48个，分两大类元音和辅音。 一元音又分单元音（12个）和双元音（8个） 二辅音（28个）也分两大类：清辅音和浊辅音 清辅音发音时声带不振动 浊辅音发音时声带必须振动 辅音依形成阻碍的方式又可分为爆破音、摩擦音、破擦音、鼻音、舌侧音、和半元音(半元音不是元 音，它只是辅音中的一个名称),发音器官的位置如下图所示,长元音 /:/ /:/ / :/ /i:/ 元音的特点及发音方法,发元音时气流从肺中压出，经过气管进入口腔，在口中受到发音器官如舌，唇等的调节而不受阻碍。舌的前后，高低，唇的圆扁，都会影响从肺中出来的气流，使之发出不同的元音。根据发音时舌的活动范围，英语元音可分为前元音，中元音，后元音和双元音。发元音时声带振动，叫浊元音，元音都是浊音。英语元音共有20个，其中单元音12个，双元音8个。,A. 前元音的发音方法,1)舌尖抵住下齿。,2）舌前部向硬颚抬起，中间留出空隙。 发 / i: / 时舌前部抬的最高，所留空隙最小，发 / i / 时舌前部最低，所留空隙最大。,3）使用扁唇，发/ i: / 时牙床开的最小，发 / i / 时牙床开的最大。,4）/ i: / 是长音，其他都是短音。,B.中元音的发音方法,1）舌尖低下齿，或略为离开下齿。,2）舌身的中部隆起。舌的两侧不接触上颚。,3）使用扁唇或中常唇形。,注：/ / 原来是后元音，但近来这个音有逐步前移的倾向，有的语音著作将它列为中元音。,C. 后元音的发音方法,1）舌身后缩，舌尖不触下齿。,2）舌后部向软颚抬起，舌的两侧不接触上颚。,3）/ :/用中常唇形，其余均用圆唇。,D. 双元音的发音方法,1. 双元音由两个元音组成，发音时由 第一个元音向第二个元音的部位滑动，但不完全到达第二个元音的部位。,2. 前重后轻，第一个元音响亮清晰，第二个元音轻弱模糊。,3. 前长后短，第一个元音较长，第二个元音较短促。,3. 辅音的特点及发音方法,辅音是气流从肺中压出后受各部门的发音器官如唇，齿，舌，咽喉的阻碍的结果。发音时声带振动的是浊辅音，声带不振动的是清辅音。英语的辅音有轻浊之分，共有28个。根据发音方法可分为爆破音、摩擦音、鼻音、舌侧音和破擦音，其中摩擦音 / j /, / w / 又称为半元音。,A. 爆破音的发音方法,参加发音的器官互相接触形成阻隔，将气流逼住。然后突然取消阻隔，使气流冲出，形成爆破音。英语里共有六个爆破音。,即 :,/ p / , / b /, / t /, / d /, / k /, /g/ .,B. 摩擦音的发音方法,参加发音的器官形成狭窄的通道，并不完全阻塞。气流逸出时摩擦或振动成音。摩擦音可以延长而发音部位不变。英语的摩擦音共有12个， 即：,/ f /, / v /, / , / , / s /, / z /, / / / /, / r /, / h /, / w /, / j /。,其中 / w /, / j / 又称为半元音。半元音既不完全时元音，也不完全时辅音。发音时口腔通道的窄度不足以产生清晰的摩擦声，而发音的时间又短暂，不足以形成元音。,C.鼻音的发音方法,发鼻音时，软颚下垂，口腔通道完全阻赛，气流从鼻腔逸出。声带振动。鼻辅音在词末时，发音略为延长。英语共有3个鼻音， 即：,/ m /, / n /, / /。,D. 破擦音的发音方法,破擦音是爆破音和摩擦音的结合，发这种爆破音时，逼住气流的发音器官（舌尖和上齿龈）分开得比较缓慢，而且立即跟着发一个发音部位相似的摩擦音，发破擦音时，先形成阻碍，在解除阻碍的同时舌尖向摩擦音的部位滑动，发出摩擦音。但这两部动作是紧密相连的，由一次送气来完成，不可发成两个独立的音。英语的破擦音共有6个，即 :,/ t /, / d /, / tr /, / dr /, / ts /,
