In addition, my brother lives in America for further study. However , my favourite activity is doing sports, such as tennis which will strengthen my body. Whats more, I like singing very much, because it can make me feel happy. However , I have to say , it is hard to make it come true , since China has a large population , and there is too much difference between the rich areas and the poor ones. Although our government has invested a big amount of money in the education field , there still remain many problems . Recent years , many provinces begin to carry educational reform , but then , the result is not so satisfying . The reformer meant to reduce the study burden of the students , however , since the past educational approaches have exerted great influence on the students , once we force them to change their original thinking ways ,they must be confused. As a result , many of them will fail in their subjects. From my point of view, we dont have to learn from the western education system, since our education system is really good. Maybe in our education system, we student lack the creative capability, but we have the formidable operational capability. On balance, I think ,our education system is good, just needs some improvement.Topic3.FashionNowadays, a growing number of people realize the significance of the fashion. Fashion is a trend that everyone pursue. Sometimes It means some beautiful clothes, and sometimes it means some luxuries that we cant afford. From my point of view, it is not a good idea to pursue fashion regardless of your income. Nowadays there is a group called “moonlight”. In order to pursue the so-called fashion, they spend their money beyond their consumption capability. The group have raised a heated discussion. It occurs to me that its no longer a kind of fashion, instead, it is a morbid consuming behavior. Taking the clothes as an example, fashion is not the most beautiful clothes but your own wearing style which can reflect your temperament. We dont have to buy too much expensive clothes; just some simple but suitable ones are enough. On the other hand we are students who have no income, so to choose the comfortable clothes is a good idea. In this way ,everyone can be fashionable. In a word, fashion is not what everyone likes but what you like.Topic.4.SportsSport involves exercise, and that is good for your body, your mind and your feelings. Exercise keeps you busy, works your muscles, helps your body work better and releases chemicals into your brain which gives you a feel good mood. Sport is something that just about everyone talks about at some time, so its good to be able to join in the conversation. Team sport is about learning to be part of a team rather than an individual. Its about learning to do your best, encouraging others rather than putting them down, and most of all its about being involved and having fun! If ball games are not your scene, then look for where you can learn martial arts, marching, fencing, archery, cross country running, Little Athletics, dancing, or any of the dozens of ways in which you can join in, get fit and feel good doing some type of sport. My favorite sport is tennis, because my favorite sport star is Fiedler, an excellent tennis player. I wont miss every tennis match he takes part in. In everyday conversation, the word culture might refer to such fields as literature, art, or music; yet scientists who study culture see it as something more complex, a way of life as well as acting, feelings, and thinking. And even within these definitions of culture there are different views on what exactly culture is. Resent years, with the development of technology, some people cry out that as technology develops traditional cultures must be lost. Different as my lifestyle is from that of my father, I still believe that the development of technology wont lead to the loss of traditional culture. On the contrary, it will facilitate the development of traditional cultures. With the development of technology, we have more choices of arts and entertainments. In other words, many new forms of culture are coming into existence. However, the rapidly developing media such as the Internet and communication satellite provide traditional cultures with a stage to face the whole world. Topic.6.TourismTourism, a smokeless industry, is developing rapidly in China. With the open and reform policy being carried out, thousands of foreign visitors are crowding into our country. In china, there are many beautiful tourist attractions. So developing tourism will bring China a lot of benefits. First it enables the Chinese people to know more about the outside world and promotes friendship and mutual understanding. Second , it is financially beneficial to China, which needs more foreign currencies for its modernization program. And national income per capita depends on it to make a increase. Third it can promote the international exchange, increasing the friendly degree globally. Tourism, however, gives rise to a number of problems. For instance, it becomes a burden to our inefficient transportation system. Besides, the living standard of the average Chinese is still not high enough to be able to afford the many different sorts of expenses during long distance travels. Although there are too many problems remaining, we still have to strive to develop tourism.Topic.7.TechnologyWhether one is willing or not, he can not deny that endless innovations of technology are constantly changing our lives. Appatently, not everyone is optimistic about the trend, but there are unquestionable positive aspects of it. To the senior in the society, health and security are the most concerned issues. Today, thanks to the growing process in medicine field, the life span and quality have been greatly enhanced. Old people are becoming increasingly energetic and rigorous. Besides, technology also ensures the security of those old people who live separately from their offspring gimmicks such as auto-alarming bell free them from the worries about possible gas release or theft. On the other hand, to the young people, computer and internet have provided us with more and more entertainments. Whats more, their way of life has changed, ether. Some of them begin to shop online instead of shopping in the shopping malls. Online shopping is much more convenient and much safer, where they can buy everything they want.
