It is a fairly flat surface with an altitude between 680m and 780m above sea level.AirportThe closest international airport is Damascus International (DAM).RailwaysThe closest railway is in Dumayr, at approx. 30 km distance by road.RoadsThe roads are of fairly good quality. One of them is passing in the vicinity of the project site; this road links the site to Damascus.SeaportThe closest seaport is in Tartous, at the Mediterranean Sea, which is at a distance of approx. 250 to 300 km by road.Map of Syria where it can be located the Project site in relation to Damascus (Dimashq), the capital city of the country.The plant site is bordered to the North by the new road Damascus Bagdad and the Jabal az Zubaydah mountains with peaks of approx. 1,200 m altitude, running from Northeast to Southwest. SITE CONDITIONSThe area is characterized by a dry climate, with relative high temperatures and low rainfall. The mean monthly wind speed can reach up to 5 to 6 m/s. The information about the predominant wind direction is not available at this moment.Please see following, three charts depicting the mean temperatures, the mean rainfall in the region and the mean wind speed for the period of time between 1961 and 1990.The seismicity of the project area is presented with the help of the seismic map of Syria, showing the placement of the future plant in relation to the different zones of risk. According to this map, the project site is located in the seismic zone characterized by a peak ground acceleration of 151-200 cm/s2. The given Design Criteria identify the minimum equipment requirements. The project specific requirements are outlined in PART III of the Tender Document. For the basic requirements, refer to PART IV-1-1.All equipment to be supplied shall be of robust design and manufacture and shall correspond to state of the art of cement manufacturing technology. Selected equipment shall have a high degree of availability, require minimum maintenance and operate with high efficiency. Electrical and thermal energy consumption shall be low. Equipment shall be designed for heavy-duty industrial application, capable of handling very abrasive materials in dusty environments. The equipment shall be suitable for continuous operation at uniform maximum load without adverse effect on the life or maintenance of the equipment under prevailing conditions.Furthermore it shall be suited to all local climatic and operating conditions at the site. Buildings, housings and frames shall be protected against corrosion, especially for plant located in the neighborhood of an ocean or a sea and for equipment handling raw material as slag and petcoke in ambient temperature. Mixing of material with moisture content over 1% with cement or clinker in equipment when the internal temperature is below the dew point shall be forbidden. Equipment as bucket elevator and bag filter and components as ducts shall be insulated when the temperature of the casing can go below the dew point of one of the gas component. Anti corrosion and anti coating solutions shall be part of the equipment.The equipment shall be designed with sufficient safety margins from the mechanical design and the process performance point of view. It shall be capable of re-starting after stopping due to power failure or other process-related interruption (i.e. interlock).Equipment, sub-equipment, accessories and internal components shall be standardized within the plant, within Holcim Ltd and within suppliers as much as possible. A non standardization is subject to approval by the Project Owner. Finally, the standardization strategy shall be presented in quantity and in quality and is subject to approval by the Project Owner.1.STANDARD EQUIPMENT1.1Auxiliary Equipment Drives1.1.1Gear ReducersAll speed reducers shall be in accordance with ISO, DIN or AGMA standards and shall be air cooled unless otherwise approved in writing by the Project Owner.All speed reducers shall be selected for motor speeds not to exceed 1500 rpm for 50 Hz motors and 1800 rpm for 60 Hz motors.Reducers shall include filtered air breather (maximum 10 m) and a magnetic drain plug.The gear reducers shall be designed for a lifetime of not less than 100000 hours of operation.All gear reducers shall have a minimum mechanical rating of:1.5 x motor nameplate rating for drives without fluid couplings.The larger of the following for drives with fluid couplings:1.5 x required brake power.1.25 x motor nameplate rating.Gear motors are acceptable for drives up to 7.5 kW or subject to Project Owners written approval.Shaft mounted gear reducers are acceptable up to 150 kW or subject to Project Owners written approval.1.1.2CouplingsGear and grid type couplings shall be protected against entry of dust and moisture.High-speed fluid couplings shall be of the Suppliers standard design. External coolers shall be avoided if practical. If external coolers cannot be avoided, then liquid type coolers shall be used.1.2Roller BearingsPermanently greased roller bearings shall be sized for a theoretical lifetime of at least 24000 hours.Roller bearings with re-lubrication facility or continuous oil lubrication shall be sized for a theoretical lifetime of at least 100000 hours.For plant items, which normally operate on one shift per day or only occasionally, the lifetime shall be at least 30,000 hours.1.3Isolation Gates and DampersIsolation gates shall be of guillotine type, zero leakage and preferably with rack and pinion drive unless otherwise approved in writing by the Project Owner.Modulating control dampers shall be of opposed blade louver type, for example fresh air intake dampers.Pneumatically actuated gates shall have position lock devices to allow the release of air during maintenance without gate movement.AirlocksGeneral Application Airlocks shall be of rotary type for raw material, raw meal and cement dust. Double pendulum type shall be provided for all clinker dust applications. Motor operated units requiring power-to-open and force-to-close (i.e., fail closed) are required. Gravity operated airlocks are subject to written approval by the Project Owner. Minimum size for airlocks shall be 250 mm x 250 mm. Airlocks for Feeding Alternative Fuels to Kiln Rotary Valve Type: Rotary valve shall be of blow-through type. Drop-through type only applicable for abrasive materials. Valve paddle sealing shall be performed by a flexible seal. Bearings shall be protected by pressurized air sealing. Casing shall be pressure shock resistant up to 10 bar. Flap Valve Type: Flap valve shall be of double or triple flap design. Minimum open cross-section: Solid AFR chips size nominal 50 mm:500 x 500 mm Solid AFR chips size nominal 200 mm:800 x 800 mm Tyres:1400 x 600 mm Flaps shall be actuated. Materials shall be heat resistant to the prevailing temperature at the feeding point. VRM Airlocks for Feeding Moist Materials The rotary airlock shall not be composed of more than 6 cells/pockets.回转下料器分料区不得 6个; The cell/pocket filling degree shall not exceed 33%回转下料器的填充率不得超过33%. A rotary airlock with axial heating is preferred while lateral heating is not recommended. The hot gas temperature passing through the rotary valve shall be maintained between 200 and 350 C. A hot gas velocity of 20 m/s shall be used for sizing the inner rotary airlock parts and its related ductwork. Duct inclination either up- or downward shall not bigger than 30 to the vertical. The rotary valve rotor tip speed shall not exceed 0.5 m/s.回转下料器转速不得超过0.5m/s。1. 通用机械技术规范1电气技术要求电动执行机构要求: 品牌为天津仪表七厂产品; 开关量信号为干结点信号,容量不小于3A,230VAC,模拟量反馈信号4-20mA; 防护等级:防护等级应为IP65,若用于煤磨车间其防暴等级应为“Ex i”; 正反转由MCC控制; 应配置手动操作装置; 内部凸轮限位采用施奈德产品; 电动执行器内安装行程限位开关作为限位; 配置过力矩保护开关; 位置发生器,4-20mA位置信号反馈器。 电动执行器品牌为法国原装伯纳德产品,型号ASP。 回转下料器要求 电机减速机采用SEW产品,防护等级IP55,B,F。 尾部安装速度开关,品牌施奈德,型号XSA V11801。气动执行机构和气缸 气缸采用广东肇庆公司产品,包括配套气动执行器、开关电磁阀气源三联体(含压力表)、阀门带配对法兰、螺栓快速接头。注意:卖方必须按照买方提供所有阀门安装的电气开关的型号品牌等信息。2业主关于链式提升机技术规范A. GENERAL一概述Apart from the requirements stated in this document, design of the Works has to comply with the relevant local regulations.除了满足本标书的指定要求外,工程设计还必须遵守当地有关规定。The standard for all works shall be equal or better than specified herein or as laid down in the relevant international and national standards.所有工程的标准应不低于本标书的指定标准,或达到国际国内相关标准。The work including the engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up and testing of the Work and each component shall be based upon and comply with the Owners Standards, and comply with applicable law, applicable codes and standards. 本工程包括工程设计、招标、施工、预调试、试运行、启动和验收,每个部分都应符合业主标准和适用法律法规和标准的要求。The requirements specified in this Volume 4 will apply to all Owners Standards.本标书卷4中的指定要求适用于所有业主标准。B. PLANT CLASSIFICATION: MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT, CIVIL & STRUCTURAL WORK二设备分类:机械和电气设备、土木和结构工程For proper identification of all equipment and associated cost of the works, the Contractor is requested to adopt the plant coding system, as presented in Volume 3 of this Tender document.关于工程设备的正确识别及其相关成本,承包人应采用标书卷3中的工厂编码系统。C. EQUIPMENT STANDARDIZATION, MATERIALS AND STANDARDS三设备标准化、材料和标准1. EQUIPMENT STANDARDIZATION 设备标准化Identical equipment and components thereof shall be used throughout the Project, where practical to permit interchangeability of parts, minimize spare parts inventory, and simplify maintenance, for equipment such as:本项目全部采用可互换设备和零部件,可互换零部件能最大程度减少备用部件库存,简化维修,如下述部件: Feeders 进料器 Weigh feeders 定量进料器 Conveyors: belt, screw, pneumatic, steel plate, etc. 输送装置:输送带、螺钉、气动装置、钢板等 Bucket elevators 链斗升降机 Air slides 空气活塞 Gates, valves, dampers 门、阀、闸 Bag filters 袋式过滤器 Fans 风机 Blowers 风箱 Compressors 压缩机 Piping 管道 Pumps 泵 Gears 传动装置 Couplings 连接器 V-belt drives V型带传动 Lubrication systems. 润滑系统Where two or more items of equipment are, or have components of the same capacity, performing the same type of function, these items shall be identical in what regards the make, model and size, and shall include identical component parts such as bearings, motors, seals, drives, control devices, etc.如果多个设备或零部件具有相同生产能力、执行相同功能,这些设备和部件的样式、型号和尺寸应该相同并可互换,包括像轴承、发动机、密封、传动和控制装置这样的零部件。2. MATERIALS AND STANDARDS 材料和标准All materials, welding and fabrication shall comply with the requirements of relevant applicable codes and standards and, where possible, the standards of the International Standards Organization (ISO).所有材料、焊接和制作方法必须符合相关适用法规和标准,尽可能采用国际标准组织(ISO)的标准。The metric system (SI-units exclusively) shall be used for the design of the plant including all equipment; provided however, the unit system of the country of the Project Owner is accep- table for construction, fabrication, erection, safety and environmental aspects.指标体系(国际单位制)用于全部设备的设计,但是项目业主国的单位制度也可用于施工、制造、建设、安全和环境设计。 This requirement is extended to all documents, e.g. all specifications, drawings and operation and maintenance manuals.本要求适用于所有文件,包括所有技术规范、图纸、操作和维护手册。 D. MAINTENANCE AND SAFETY ASPECTS 四维护和安全要求1. GENERAL 概述Overall design shall result in facilities with adequate provisions for servicing and maintenance. Provisions shall be made for proper maintenance and for an easy removal and replacement of mechanical, electrical and other equipment. Rooms will be sized and equipment located in a way to ensure adequate clear space for equipment manoeuvring and maintenance opera- tions. Valves, control equipment and similar items are to be arranged for easy access. Such equipment located in concealed areas shall be avoided as much as possible. In the selection of materials and equipment, due consideration shall be given to the availability and cost of replacement parts and the need for special tools and instructions in performing maintenance operations. Therefore all equipment provided shall allow for ease of maintenance and repair.总体设计应考虑提供数量充足的维护和检修设备,用于机械、电气和其它设备的维护和替换。机房面积和设备位置设计应为设备操作和维修预留空间。阀门和控制设备等的布局应留有通路,尽量避免将此类设备安置在隐蔽区域。在材料和设备的选择上,适当考虑替换部件的可用性和成本以及特殊工具和维护说明。提供的所有设备应便于维护和检修。2. ACCESSIBILITY 通路 All equipment requiring periodic inspection, lubrication, cleaning, adjustment, repair or replacement, or which are designed for manual operation or cleaning, must be easily accessible either by virtue of their location or by means of stairs, galleries or platforms. 对于需要定期检查、润滑、清理、校正、维修和替换的设备或需要手动操作和清理的设备,通过楼梯、廊道或平台等方式可以轻松到达它们的所处位置。All platforms, walkways, stairs and ladders shall be designed to comply with standards and regulations of the country of the Project.所有平台、走道、楼梯和活梯的设计应符合本项目所在国的标准和规定。3. MODULARITY OF EQUIPMENT 设备组装To the extent possible, components of equipment shall be of modular design to facilitate easy and fast maintenance, exchange or repair with minimal interference with other components.设备部件最好采用标准模块化设计,以便于维修和替换,而且不会对其它部件产生影响。Quick connectors, snap catches, plug and socket systems etc. shall be used to ease maintenance, replacement and repair.快速接头、子母扣和插口系统等用于部件维修和替换。 Contractor shall provide rests on which subassemblies can be placed to perform the required maintenance without damaging their parts and components.承包人应提供必要的部件维修支撑架。4.
