This is an important and difficult job ,because the rear axle and driven working under the large load and high speed. And the bear is alternating load. If the meshing mark is not conforming to requirements or the meshing backlash is not good, it will appear smooth transmission speed and noise, wear, or even broken tooth gear, which directly influences the car service life and various tasks when it is working. At the same time , lord and driven tapered gear meshing mark and the check assembly and adjustment became a complicated problem although automobile driving axle structure is not a very complicated but some people is not familiar with the principle on gear transmission. Based on years of teaching and practice in the maintenance work with the adjustment of BJ2020S jeep driving axle differential gears and bearings has some method and steps of the relevant views and comments about something. Adjustment of the axis gear differential planetary gear mesh clearance Half axle gears and planetary gear mesh clearance is adjusted by half axle gears and differential shell thickness between three different (0.5 mm, 1.0 mm, 0.2 mm) thrust washers . Because of the planetary gear differential between shell with the thrust washers, so it must be the half axle gears through the thrust washers (two half axle gears and add, subtract washers), and the gap of the planetary gear mesh. Then using pins will planetary gear axle fixed. Adjustment of differential backlash This bearing clearance is adjusted by adding, subtracting differential bearings and differential between shell thickness (0.5 mm in four different, o. mm, 0.15 ram, 0.10 ram) to adjust the adjustment of the gasket. Based on the thickness of the gasket and the bolt torques, we should coated with rubber seal, assembled active bevel 黑龙江工程学院本科生毕业设计 3 gears, mount differential assembly, then closed the bridge housing. 黑龙江工程学院本科生毕业设计 4 附 录 B 中文译文 减速器和差速器的调整与装配 在对 BJ2020S吉普车后桥的维修中, 最主要的就是减速器主、从动圆锥齿轮的啮合印痕及啮合间隙;差速器半轴齿轮、行星齿轮啮合间隙和各轴承松紧度的调整。这是一项既重要又较为困难的工作,因为后桥主、从动圆锥齿轮是在大负荷、高转速下工作的,而且其所承受的是交变负荷,如果两者的啮合印痕不符合要求,或啮合间隙不当,工作中将会出现传动不平稳和噪音,加速齿面磨损,甚至打坏齿轮,直接影响汽车使用寿命和各项任务的完成。同时,汽车后桥的结构虽不是很复杂,但由于主、从动圆锥齿轮的体积较大,拆装费时费力,加之一些同志对齿轮的传动原理不够熟悉,实践机会又少,主、从动圆锥齿 轮啮合印痕和间隙的检查调整及装配就成了一个较为复杂的问题。本文根据几年来在教学和实际维修工作中的摸索,就 BJ2020S吉普车后桥差速器齿轮和轴承的调整,主、从动圆锥齿轮啮合印痕和间隙及主动圆锥齿轮轴承间隙的调整和装配的有关方 法、步骤谈点看法和意见。 一、差速器半轴齿轮与行星齿轮啮合间隙的调整 半轴齿轮与行星齿轮啮合间隙的调整,是通过半轴齿轮与差速器壳之间三个不同厚度 (1.0mm、 0.5mm、 0.2mm)的止推垫片来调整的。因为行星齿轮与差速器壳之间的止推垫片是一定的,所以,通过加、减半轴齿轮的止推 垫片 (两半轴齿轮同时加、减垫片 ),使其与行星齿轮的啮合间隙达到标准。然后用销子将行星齿轮轴固定。 二、差速器轴承间隙的调整 此轴承间隙的调整是通过加、减差速器轴承与差速器壳之间四个不同厚度(0.5mm、 0.25mm、 0.15ram、 0.10ram)的调整垫片来调整的。在调整前准备好左、右桥壳之间的密封垫,安装固定好从动圆锥齿轮。主动圆锥齿轮先不要安装,应按照规定的扭矩 (40 60N m)安装好左、右桥壳,以圆锥主动齿轮的位置,用长金属棒或大起子转动差速器总成,或上下撬差速器总成,来检查差速器轴承间隙 ,以达到感觉没有轴向间隙且转动自由为止。 三、主动圆锥齿轮轴承间隙的调整 在主动圆锥齿轮的位置基本确定后,可通过增、减主动圆锥齿轮前轴承与主动圆锥齿轮前轴承止推环之间的四个不同厚度 (0.10mm、 0.15ram、 0.25mm、 0.50mm)的调黑龙江工程学院本科生毕业设计 5 整垫片来调整,使其达到转动灵活,没有轴向、径向间隙的感觉。 四、主动圆锥齿轮与从动圆锥齿轮间隙及啮合印痕的调整 国产汽车齿轮因无
