软件可靠性与安全性理论模型及应用 摘要 从上个世纪8 0 年代以来，随着软件开发和软件工程的不断发展，越来越复 杂的软件被引用到越来越多的领域。这使人们不得不开始考虑这些不同软件的质 量问题。在软件质量的众多评测标准中，软件可靠性是最重要的一个【6 】，而软 件安全性是最难预测的。 软件可靠性和安全性是软件质量最重要的属性，本文主要内容为用数学的随 机过程知识( 非齐次泊松过程n h p p ) 建立软件可靠性模型并利用其思想研究了 一个新的软件安全性模型的建立问题。本文包括了相关统计学知识的介绍，如： 随机过程知识和n h p p 已取得的研究成果的介绍，现有的软件可靠性模型类型介 绍等。 另外，本文给出了软件安全性的定义并把它和网络的软件安全性进行了比 较。用数学的观点考虑他们的差异性。 由于文章要建立的模型有一定的实际背景，所以建立了一个在已有模型上的 更符合实际的新的数学模型。最后用图形的方法，具体的数据，对这个模型和已 有模型进行了优劣性的比较。通过这个模型我们发现要预测软件安全性仅仅靠软 件可靠性测试所得数据一般是不能得到很好的预测的，而需要针对安全性的测 试。这说明现有的一般的安全性估计模型还需要更多的研究和修正。 关键词：泊松过程，非齐次泊松过程n t - i p p ，极大似然估计，软件可靠性，软件安全性， 网安全性。 厂 咖m o
