多领域学者的浓厚兴趣。在众多研究成果中，菜考夫的概念隐喻理论尤为引人注 目。该理论认为，隐喻怒人类认知、思维、经历、言语和行为的基础，是我们赖 以生存的基本方式。隐嗡的本质藏是邋过另一类事物来理勰和经历某一类事物。 语言中的隐喻表达是隐喻性思维的表层体现。而文化背景知识是隐喻的语言环境， 是隐嗡概念澎成憝源泉，是磅究瑟嗡惑维麴沃土。 本文从认知语言学的隐喻观点出发，通过对比英汉爱情隐喻概念系统的异同， 试图揭示豫喻与文纯模式之阔瀚关系，探讨隐喻在簿文化交际中的 乍_ 麓，麸跨文 化的强度来充实对隐喻的认识。之所以选择爱情隐喻作为对比内容，首先是因为 在人类各种情感体验中，爱情舆有特殊的地位和重螫性，它是一切情感中最普遍、 最久遮、最蜜枣孛秘意味驰馕感，英汉两穗语言中关予“爱塘”斡隐喻瞧提丰塞； 其次从本人赢阅的近几年有关隐喻的资料来看，谈论空间，时间，喜、怒、裳、 乐等稳感隐涂静文章较多，瑟讨论爱穗爨喻豹文章褶对较少，终者希蘩暹遘辩中 西爱情隐喻的对比研究，能进一步加深对隐喻的认识。 研究发现在英汉语中两民旅对于闻一概念的理解运滔了一婺相同的隐喻，但 同时也使用了不同的隐嗡。这魃不同的隐喻的产生主要是受各自文化的影毗体
