注从认知角度对词典编纂进行探讨似乎已经成为词典研究当中的一个热门话 题。在这一背景下，引发了作者对以下问题的思考： 与以往的英语学习词典相比，如今的学习词典有何显著特色? 这些特色能否 从认知角度找到合理的的解释? 更进一步地，如果从词典的整体结构、宏观结构 和微观结构来分析，英语学习词典的编纂是否也可以从认知角度找到合理的理论 解释? n t e m p o r a r ye n g l i s h ，简称l d o c e 4 ) 这三部词典，文中所引例子 也主要来源于这三本词典 本文尝试着以这三部词典不同于以往版本的特色为切入点，进而从英语词典 的整体结构、宏观结构、微观结构三个方面，结合认知科学的相关理论和原则对 这三部英语学习词典的编纂进行一个较为全面地探索评估，并探讨认知理论影响 下的学习词典编纂所呈现出的发展趋势。
