摘要 关联理论十分重视交际和认知，它的建立基于以下几点：语境，话语语境和 各种暗含，它们都可以使读者对话语产生不同的理解。然而，在实际的交际和理 解过程中，读者仅仅使用一个唯一的，足够强大的总原则就可以从一个复杂的假 设体系中选出唯一可行的理解，这个原则就是关联性。关联理论把翻译定义为一 种语内或语际的明示一推理活动，作为一种交际活动，它的进行也要依赖关联性， 而不是准则或规则。 本论文尝试从关联理论语境观的角度对描述和叙述性文体的英汉翻译进行 研究。我们的主要发现是：原文本是动态的，它就像一个舞台，各种交际活动正 在上演；理解原文本的过程和翻译的过程都是动态的；翻译不是一种必须遵守特 定规则的东西，人们在具体的翻译过程中，无形中遵循了关联原则，即人们认识 世界的方法和特点。 从研究中我们可意识到，语言差异仅仅是阻碍语际交际的因素之一，另外一 个是语境背景知识，这个困难有时会更难克服。因此，我们从分析中总结出三条 应用关联原理论进行翻译的原则：根据关联语境选择词义。每个词不仅含有直 接的、表面的和词典的意义，还含有隐含的、情感的和联想的意义。译者需要从 原交际者的明示活动中找出最佳关联性，然后通过选择符合关联语境的词义，将 这种关联性传达给受体，也就是译文读者。遵循一般的逻辑思维。因为语言和 文化上的不同，在翻译过程中的重新表达阶段，面对各种含义，译者需要做出自 己的选择，然而，在做选择的过程中会有各种各样的客观或主观障碍。关联原则 是指导译者的原则之一，即：遵循一般的逻辑思维。关联重构。原文作者十分 清楚他的写作内容可以激发原文读者相关的认知图式，相应地，因为原语和目的 语之间的巨大差异，译者也应该利用译文读者和原文读者共同的认知图式，以找 出并重构缺失的关联性。
