硕士学位论文 t e rst h e s is 内容摘要 近年来，人们越来越重视语言输入的变化( i n p u tm o d i f i c a t i o n ) 对 提高外语学习者理解能力所起的作用。本文旨在研究句法的变化 ( s y n t a c t i c m o d i f i c a t i o n ) 对中国英语学习者听力理解的影响。本研究的 理论依据是图式理论，克拉申的输入假设及f t 语言( f t 指的是本族语 者和非本族语者进行交谈时所使用的语言) 特色。图式理论解释了听力 理解的实质，而输入假设和f t 语言则说明语言输入的变化和听力理解 之间的关系。通过回顾前人在本领域所作的相关研究，本文作者提出了 三个假设： 1 简化句子结构( s y n t a c t i cs i m p l i f i c a t i o n ) 可有助于中等水平的中国英 语学习者的听力理解。 2 句中增加冗余信息( s y n t a c t i ce l a b o r a t i o n ) 可有助于中等水平的中国 英语学习者的听力理解。 3 旬中增加冗余信息比简化句子结构更有助于中等水平的中国英语学 习者的听力理解。 为了检验这三个假设是否成立，本文作者对1 1 1 个学生进行了听力 测试，测试对象为具有中等水平的英语专业二年级的中国学生，听力材 料为两篇短文。问卷调查显示：学生对短文中的主题只是具有常识性的 了解，对短文中的具体细节并不知晓。所以这两篇短文的内容被认定是 学生不熟悉的。本文作者对这两篇短文用两种方法进行修改加工，一种 方法是把原文中的长句变成相应的简单句。另一种方法是在保留原文的 词、句基础上，对原文中的关键词、句进行重复解释，增加冗余的信息。 不管用哪一种修改方法，短文的内容和词汇都保持不变，这样，连同原 文在内，每篇短文都有内容相同，而句子结构相异的三种形式。句子结 构的简单或复杂是采用计算在一个t u n i t 中所包含的单词和s - - n o d e s 的数目来衡量的。数目越大则句子结构越复杂：反之，则句子结构越简 单。测试的学生被分成三个组。一个为控制组，两个为实验组。在参加 中哪些特点可帮助二语习得者理解语言输入提供了资料。本 研究的结果可为课堂教学提供参考性建议，在课堂教学中，教师应有意 识地让学生多听句法结构修改过的材料，尤其是听在复杂句中增加冗余 信息的听力材料。因为，这类材料中的语言类似于现实生活中使用的语 言，显得更真实，更口语化。在课堂上，学生听此类材料所获得的听力 技巧，可以很容易地被迁移到真正的交际中，从而帮助学习者提高理解， 达到交际成功 关键词：
