e dl a n g u a g et e a c h i n g ，t b l t ) 是2 0 世纪8 0 年代兴起的一种强 调“做中学”( 1 e a r n i n g b y d o i n g ) 的语言教学方法。进入2 1 世纪后，这种“用语言做 事”( d o i n g t h i n g s w i t h t h e l a n g u a g e ) 的教学理论逐渐引入我国的基础英语课堂教学。特 别是新颁布的英语课程标准( 实验稿) 明确倡导“任务型”教学。标准明确指出： “基础教育阶段英语课程的总体目标是培学生的综合语言运用能力”，并以学生“能做 某事”为描述方式设定了各级教学目标和要求，强调“教师应该避免单纯传授语言知识 的教学方法，尽量采用任务型的教学途径”，使学生带着明确的任务目标，在做事 情的过程中发展语言能力、思维能力以及交流与合作的能力，从而提高其综合语言运用 能力。本文对任务型学习与教学模式及其在初中英语教学的应用进行了分析和讨论。 首先，本文对任务及任务型教学法进行了详细的描述，主要分析了教育专家对任务 型语言学习的定义及其特点、框架和任务的分类、复杂度及真实性以及采用此教学法的 原因、原则、阶段、教学目标及语法的教学。然后，本文研究了任务型教学法在初中英 语教学中的运用，讨论了运用此教学法的意义及其合理性。还讨论了如何设计任务及任 务活动的设计，介绍了一堂任务课的基本步骤并把它与传统的教学教案进行了比较，另 外介绍了任务型语言学习在听力、阅读及写作课的运用。 任务型教学法与传统教学法有了较大的改变，所以传统评价方式一终结性评价已不 适应新的教学模式。本文介绍了形成性评价方式。但是我们应在教学中不能排斥传统的 评价方式，要结合起来使用。毕竟期末考试及升学考试仍有它的合理性和必然性。 通过对任务型教学法进行的分析及对实验的分析，我认为它适应初中英语的教学。 它有利于提高学生的学习积极性、学习的动机及提高综合运用英语的能力。但是它对教 师提出了更高的要求，并且限于各地的不同情况( 如经济发展，师资力量等) ，以及中 国学生的特点，此教学法的运用有较大的难度。因此，我们可以采取循序渐进的方法，
