内容摘要： 从价值观角度看中美文化差异 随着现代科技的发展以及世界经济全球一体化步骤的加快，不同国家、 地区及不同文化的人们之间的相互交往日益频繁。作为两个大国中国羊u 美国，在当今世界政治、经济中占据主导地位，它们之间的交流与合作是 必不可少的。为了加强交流和沟通、消除交往过程中可能产生的误解、减 少交际障碍甚至冲突，不仅要掌握目的国的语言，还要精通他们的文化内 涵。 本文以文化中的价值观念为切入点，着重论述中美两国不同的价值观 念以及由此引起的各自语言习惯上的差异，并探讨如何在价值观差异下进 行有效的英语教学，以适应当今时代发展的需要。本文共分五部分。第一 部分简要论述了文化及其结构以及价值观念在文化中的重要地位。第二部 分为文献综述，综述了中美两国价值观念的研究情况。第三和第四部分为 本文的重点。第三部分探讨了中美两国不同价值观产生的根螈，并以 h o f
