摘要 批评语如同赞扬、道歉、请求等言语行为一样，广泛存在于言语交 际中。但过去国内外对批评语的研究很少。国外对批评语的研究几乎没 有，国内对批评语的研究还不是很多。本论文的研究对象是汉语批评语 ( c r i t i c i s mi nc h i n e s el a n g u a g e ) ，研究方法是基于语料的定性研究。本研 究从语用学角度以j e fv e r s e h u e r e n ( 2 0 0 0 ) 的语言顺应理论( l i n g u i s t i c a d a p t a t i o nt h e o r y ) 为理论框架，对言语交际中的批评语做了较为全面的 宏观分析，旨在揭示汉语批评语的变异性( v a r i a b i l i t y ) 和顺应性 ( a d a p t a b m t y ) 。 批评语作为一种交际策略，在具体语境中主要通过选择适当的语言 手段来实现其交际功能。通过对语料的分析研究，本论文把说话人实施 的批评语概括为两类：策略性批评语和非策略性批评语。前者是通过使 用策略和语言形式而实施的。而且，每一类都有相应的语言手段。后者 的实施是在情境允许的条件下进行的。这样，批评语的变异性是通过分 析说话人为达到一定的交际目的而选择适当的语言手段得到了体现。 说话人选择适当的语言手段进行批评是本论文主要研究的一个方 面，那么，说话人在具体语境中为什么要选择批评语作为交际策略是本 研究要讨论的第二个方面的内容。研究发现，说话人选择批评语作为交 际策略是出于对各种语境因素的顺应。具体的顺应过程分为两类：顺应 自己和顺应他人。前者主要是为了顺应与说话人相关的语境因素，主要 i v 包括对社会关系、社会权力和社会规约的顺应、顺应说话人的心理动机 即顺应说话人建立关系的动机、缩短情感距离、尊重他人、解围、安抚、 启发、提醒和鼓励的动机以及顺应说话人当时的情绪；后者主要是为了 顺应与听话人相关的语境因素，包括对言语情景中的各类听话人。这就 是批评语的顺应性。 关键词：批评语；语言顺应理论；变异性；顺应性 c r i t i c i s ml i k e 咖p l i l i l c i l t ，a p o l o g y , r e q u 口 -
