摘要 医疗诊断是一种用于临床发现或对患者基于表现出的病症进行探究的医疗方法。目前，对于 疟疾的诊断有很多种方法，为了确认影响病人的感染类型，其中的一种方法是通过访问一个健康 机构来进行临床试验。在非洲的很多地方，每年都有无数的人由于缺少医疗设施进行临床试验而 死亡。疟疾成为了一种传染病，甚至是第一疾病，它给本来已经背负重大政治压力的政治家带来 了十分重大的挑战。 作为科学工作者，我们讨论了怎样利用一种更科学更可行的方法来试着解决疟疾诊断 问题。考虑到非洲地区所面临的现实健康问题，特别是人手不足的乌干达，本文讨论的方 法基本上能够缓解当前存在的问题。在本文中，我们提出了一种涉及到利用知识渊博的计 算机专业人员来帮助解决医疗部门的诊断机制，这种机制考虑了特定病例所具有的历史家 族背景信息或病人本身所提供的健康信息，依据这些信息，利用计算机推理工具和技术来 进行诊断。 推理是一种利用可用数据来帮助针对某一对象做出可靠决定的智能化技术，本文基于 推理机制的诊断系统将可以看作一个智能推理机，它将帮助识别病人得了什么病。现有的 大多数推理方法都利用了推理规则和贝叶斯方法。其中，前者是一种确定性方法，而后者 是一种基于概率的方法。本文首先通过利用p r o t e 9 6 工具构造出知识库，然后运用贝叶 斯方法进行推理。依据以上思想，我们设计了一个诊断治疗算法。并利用可信网络对本文 的方法进行了测试，最后根据p r o m e d a s 对实验结果进行了对比，表明本文的方法是 有效的。 关键词：贝叶斯网络，医疗诊断，医疗推理机制，疟疾诊断 a b s t r a c t m e d i c a ld i a g n o s i si st h ec l i n i c a ld i s c o
