内容摘要 随着世界经济的日益繁荣以及中国加入世贸组织，全球经济一体化 的发展越来越迅速。越来越多的中国公司加入了国际贸易的行列，它们 所面临的困难之一就是必须与自己有着不同文化背景的人或公司进行工 作和商业的交流，文化因素对商业交际的影响日渐显露。所以研究不同 文化之间交流的学问，目的就是能够在与不同文化背景的人交往的时候， 、 学会尽可能地减少误解、缩小差异，在商业活动中更积极更有效地发挥 优势，促进各国各地间的交流与合作。 我们可以将文化理解为：在人类社会历史进程中所创造的物质财富 和精神财富的积累或沉淀，并对人类社会的发展长期发生重大影响和起 着强大作用的物质力量和精神力量。这种力量不仅具体地体现在一个国 家、一个民族、一定地域内人类群体的思想方法、生活方式、社会习俗 上，也体现在它们的社会制度、政治与经济制度上。文化作用于经济， 最基本的方式就是将文化作为经济运行的环境和背景，其特定的国民心 理积淀、价值观念以及文化传统、民族风俗等一系列文化因素构成了经 济活动的文化背景，它们通过影响经济活动主体的精神状态、思维习惯、 行为方式进而影响( 激励或抑制) 经济活动的效率。因此，在经济运行中， 每一个活动主体都能够不可避免地感受到文化背景的深沉力量。 本文所选择的研究对象是南美国家的文化对中国企业出口的影响， 重点讨论南美三大主要国家，巴西、阿根廷和智利。南美洲位于南半球， 拥有多样的自然资源，其市场与中国有极大的互补性，市场发展潜力巨 大，中国还能发挥很大的空间。由于南美人的宗教信仰、价值观以及风 俗习惯与我国有较大的差异，了解并熟悉他们的性格特点才能够更好的 进行商业合作，开拓南美这片潜力巨大的市场。本文就上述几个方面都 作了较细致的论述。同时结合现有我国企业在南美市场开发的情况，总 结了一些经验，对于今后的进一步开发提出了几点对策和建议。例如， 全面分析和正确把握目标市场环境，发挥我国制造业的比较优势；明确 适当的对外投资方向；选择适当的贸易代表和结算方式；进一步注重产 品质量，提升企业形象等。同时，还将巴拉圭的东方市作为研究点，详 细分析其对于我国和南美国家之间进行商业往来的重要性。文章的最后 还结合南美洲的地理位置和南美人的性格特点，提出一个商业项目的建 议。
