ChinaTel: 86-523-87683353ax: 86-523-87684345 or 产 品 照 片Photos for Manual TongsDB大钳DB Manual TongB型大钳B type Manual Tong修井钳Workover Manual Tong套管钳Casing Tong一、 简介General手动钻井用悬吊大钳，由钳柄、钳头、平衡吊杆等组成，采用高强度合金钢制造，经过热处理及无损检测。供钻井起下钻时拧紧或卸开钻杆、钻杆接箍、接头、套管或套管接箍以及钻铤之用，通过更换扣合钳头或变更扣合台阶或孔眼来改变扣合尺寸。拆下吊杆后的大钳上下翻转，再装回吊杆，即可上扣或下扣。吊钳的扣合尺寸从2到25，扭矩从35kNm到90 kNm。具体选用规格见技术参数。吊钳按中华人民共和国石油天然气行业标准SY5035-2004吊钳及API Spec 7K设计制造。Manual tongs are consist of level, jaws, hanger assembly and etc, each manual tong are cast from high quality alloy steel, heat-t reated and NDT. Manual tongs are conventional tools for making up and breaking out connections of tubular goods, from light tubing to heavy wall drill pipe or drill collar. Manual tongs covers pipe sizes from 2 to 25, and varies in torque capacity from 35kNm to 90kNm. Any manual tongs are cast from high quality alloy steel, heat-treated and MPI tested, and toque test for manual tongs are always 1.5 times of the rating torque. All manual tong parts are made from high-grade alloy steel, heat-treated for toughness of manual tongs and MPI inspected. Each type of manual tongs are recommended interchangeable lug jaws to handle different sizes of pipes, any manual tongs can be assembled by removing the hanger and turning the complete tong over. Manual tongs are designed and manufactured in accordance with the National Standard for the Petroleum and Natural Gas Industry SY5035-2004 “Manual Tongs” and API Spec 7K. Try to keep the tongs body in horizontal level by adjusting the balance head and adjustable square head screw. The pipe threads cold be tightened or removed as soon as the steel wire rope which is fastened on the tongs line pip has been pulled firmly after the latch and the lug jaw have been looped and the pipes have been held by the tongs head. 为避免发生操作事故，应遵守安全操作规程，特别要注意如下几点：1. 吊钳悬挂应成水平位置；2. 悬置的吊钳不得摆动，当吊钳从管子上取出之后，应当移至井架角并固紧于井架的小钩上；3. 当旋开或拧紧管子时，操作人员应特别注意，不应站在钳柄转动的半径范围内，以免发生危险；4. 为避免吊钳卡住手指等现象，把扣合器向扣合钳扣合或拉开时，应用一手握住钳柄手把；5. 工作在选择能与扣合管子直径相符的一种扣合钳，且在钳口与管子间不得置入铁块、绳子等物，以免引起吊钳破裂，招致不应有的事故；6. 吊钳经一段时间使用后若需要修复，修复后的产品必须按SY503591吊钳标准作全面检查，否则不应投入使用。In order to avoid operational accident, the safety operational regulation should be observed and attention should be paid on the following points:1) The hanging status of the tongs should be adjusted in horizontal level;2) When the tongs has been taken off from the drill pipe, it should be brought to the corner of the rig and fixed to a small hook on the rig to avoid tongs swaying. 3) The operator should be careful not staying within the levers operational radius during the fastening or removing of the pipes in order to avoid dangerous accident. 4) In order to avoid the fingers to be gripped by the tong, the operator should hold on the lever while he is closing or opening the latch for holding of the coupler. 5) It is advisable to select the lug jaw with head size coincide with the size of the pipes. It is strictly forbidden to put iron piece of ropes etc. in between the pipe and the tong head in order to avoid accidents, such as broken of the tongs. 6) Once the tongs need to be repaired after a period of operation, the repaired one should be seriously inspected according to the standard SY503591 “Manual Tongs”.
