Its value of insulation resistance should more than 1M. 4.1.2.To check functions of lock circuits in MSB with the simulated service test, it should be correct and reliable. Lock function between ACB of main generator and MCCB feeding to ESB; Lock function between ACB of main generator and MCCB of shore power; Lock function between ACB of main generator and space heater of generator. 4.1.3.check the correctness of emergency stop in main switchboard with the simulated service test as follow: ES1 for E/R oil pumps: The emergency stop push buttons to be installed in W/H, E/R entrance and fire control room and to cut off the following equipment: No.1,2 Main lubricating oil pump, Stern tube oil pump Sludge pump H.F.O. transfer pump No.3 power dis. Emergency generator and emergency switchboard test 5.1.Emergency generators 5.1.1.Automatic alarm and safety stop device of emergency diesel generator Automatic alarm and safety stop device of emergency diesel generator plant shall be submitted for acceptance before test. 5.1.2.Insulation resistance test The same as main diesel generator Insulation resistance test. 5.1.3. 试验结果记入表格：A4-01。 5.1.3.Auto start test of emergency generator Start diesel generator set in cold state with battery continuously not less than 3 times and start fail alarm. The change over switch is breakout. Emergency generator starts automatically, emergency generator air circuit breaker turns on automatically, and emergency generator supply power to the network. The whole course is not more than 45 seconds. 5.1.4. 试验结果记入表格：A4-02。 5.1.4.Start test with the secondary power source. 5.1.5. 试验结果记入表格：A4-03。 5.1.5.To check alarm function of emergency generator set. 5.1.6. 试验结果记入表格：A4-04。 5.1.6.应急发电机静态电压调整率试验 5.1.6.当发电机负载自满载到空载，再由空载到满载的范围内变化 时（功率因数=0.8） ，柴油发电机的静态电压调整率应不超过额定电压的 3.5%。 5.1.6.应急发电机组： 5.1.6.负载率变化： 100% 75% 50% 25% 0% 25% 50% 75% 100% 5.1.6.发电机功率： 144kW 108kW 72kW 36kW 0 36kW 72kW 108kW 144kW 5.1.6.在进行上述试验时，发电机的功率因数应保持在额定值， 0.8。 5.1.6.试验结果记入表格：A4-05。 5.1.6.应急发电机瞬态电压调整率试验 5.1.6. 与主发电机组相关条款内容相同。 5.1.6. 试验结果记入表格：A4-06。 5.1.6.Load running test Load running test condition are shown in following table (power factor is 1.0).: NOLOAD(%)POWER(kW)TIME(HOUR) 150721/4 2751081/4 31001441 During test, power factor is 1.0 laggar .record the voltage, current, frequency and power. After heat run test insulation resistance of emergency diesel generator shall be measured. 5.2.试验结果记入表格：A4-07。 5.2.Emergency switchboard 5.2.1.Function test To measure the insulation of distribution system. Its value of insulation resistance should more than 1M. To check functions of lock circuits in ESB, it should be correct and reliable. Lock function between ACB of emergency generator and MCCB fed from MSB; Lock function between ACB of emergency generator and space heater of generator. To check the correctness of function of emergency shutdown circuit in ESB To check the correctness of signals sent out from ESB 5.2.2.Long time trip test of ACB To check the setting value of ACB over-current, delay time and the correctness of tripping. 5.3.空气断路(ACB)的短延时试验 5.3.检测当 ACB 过流时，过电流整定值、短延时脱扣及报警的正确 性。 5.3.试验结果记入表格：A4-09。 5.3.Emergency generator start battery To check the capacity of battery for charge and discharge panel 6.试验结果记入表格：A4-10。 6. Transformer Insulation resistance between primary coil and hull and secondary coil and hull shall be measured for recording with 500V megger. The insulation resistance shall more than 1M. Voltage & current of primary & secondary side of transformer shall be measured under actual service. 7. 试验结果记入表格：A5。 7. Auxiliaries motor and control To cooperate the other specialty Carry out the function test of motor. 7.1.Insulation resistance test Before and after heat run test (remove damaged element and component circuits). Insulation resistance of each motor and controlling equipment shall be measured for recording in cold and hot state and their value shall not be less than 1 M. 7.2.Running test Starting and operating current and voltage shall be measured for recording under the actual service condition. Reliability of interlock device, signal, alarm equipment and safety protection each control equipment shall be inspected. Satisfactory operation of remote start and stop function, automatic start and stop function and automatic change-over function of electric equipment shall be confirmed. 8.试验结果记入表格：A6。 8. Circuit system test 8.1.Circuit insulation resistance test Molded case circuit breaker or isolating switches inside aux. switchboard, power and lighting distribution board shall be turned off to carry out the measurement with 500V megger. All insulation resistance between insulation pole and earth shall not be less than 1M (electric apparatus can be disconnected). 8.2.试验结果记入表格：试验结果记入表格：A7-01。 8.2.试验结果记入表格：试验结果记入表格：A7-02。 8.2.Shore connection box Inspect function of phase sequence indicator、power supply indicator light on shore connection box. 8.3.试验结果记入表格：试验结果记入表格：A7-03。 8.3.Electrician test panel Inspect function of switches, instrument and socket etc. on test panel. 9.试验结果记入表格：A7-04。 9. Batteries and charging device 9.1.Insulation resistance test Remove the fuse for the insulation checking circuit and disconnect circuit of damageable parts and the branch breaker and charging and discharging panel in hot state shall be measured for recording. Insulation resistance of circuit with voltage at and above 50V shall not be less than 1M (use 500V megger) and others shall not be less than 0.33M (use 100V megger). 9.2.Charging and discharging test To check the capacity of battery for charge and discharge panel. 9.3.To check the low insulation alarm function of charge and discharge panel. 10.试验结果记入表格：A8。 10.Galley equipment laundry & clothes dryer equipment 10.1. Insulation resistance test Before and after heat run test insulation resistance of Galley equipment laundry & clothes dryer equipment shall be measure . 10.2. Function test Check the upwards equipment for function 11.Workshop equipment To cooperate the machine specialty Carry out the function test of deck machinery. 12.Deck machinery To cooperate the outfitting specialty Carry out the function test of deck machinery. 13. 艏侧推艏侧推装置装置 13.配合舾装专业进行本试验。 13.在进行本项试验前，船舶在码头上应采取一些必要的系泊措施。 13.应测量侧推的绝缘电阻，绝缘电阻值应不小于1兆欧。 13.测量记录侧推绕组温度。 13.检查侧推空气开关与空间加热器之间的联锁。 13.起动和运行试验 13.起动前确认主电源已供电，24V电源接通。 13.起动艏侧推装置，记录电动机最大起动电流和当螺距为最大时电 动机的工作电流。 13.检查在驾驶室和在两翼的遥控功能，各功能应良好。 13.检查在就地控制功能，各功能应良好。 13.故障及报警检测 13.用模拟法检查本系统向机舱自动化系统输出故障报警信号的 功能。 13.检查本系统与VDR系统接口，应良好。 13.检查本系统应急切断电路的功能应良好。 13.试验结果记入表格：A11-01。 13. 舵舵机机 13.配合舾装专业进行本试验。 13.检查舵角指示器舵角指示误差。 13.检查舵角指示器，操舵器与舵叶之间的误差。当舵处于正舵位 时，舵叶与舵角指示器的不应有误差；当舵处于其它舵位时，舵叶与舵角 指示器的误不应大于1. 13.检查舵角限位开关动作的正确性。 13.检查舵机液压单元各种报警信号的报警功能，及其在舵机舱、机舱集 控室和在驾驶室集控台上的报警显示。 13.检查舵机由主配电板和应急配电板供电及两套液压单元相互转换的功 能；检查在不同的操纵部位操控舵机的可能性与相互间转换的可靠性。 13.主 应急配电板供电。 13.各操舵站 13.舵机进行连续操舵试验。试验时应检查操舵装置的电气设备工作情 况，记录油泵电动机的起动电流、工作电流、电压及转速。 13.测量各电动机和控制箱的热态绝缘电阻应不低于1兆欧。 13.试验结果记入表格：A11-02。 13. 锚机、艉绞盘、起艇机锚机、艉绞盘、起艇机 13.配合舾装专业进行各甲板机械的效用试验。试验时，注意检查并 记录以下内容： 13.电动机及控制箱绝缘电阻测量，其电阻值应不小于1兆欧。 13.在各甲板机械进行载重试验时，测定电动机的起动电流、工作电 流。 13.检查各限位开关以及联锁装置动作的可靠性。 （按设备配备的要求 进行） 13.试验结果记入表格：A11-03。 13. 克令吊克令吊 13.配合舾装专业进行本试验。 13.克令吊控制箱及各电动机绝缘电阻测量，其电阻值应不小于1兆欧。 13.在克令吊进行运行和载重试验时，测定各电动机的起动电流、工作电 流。 13.检查各限位开关以及联锁装置动作的可靠性。 13.试验结果记入表格：A11-04。 13.Illumination and navigation and signal lights 13.1. Illumination system Carry out the function test. Inspect the lamps and accessory in all compartments and room as per lighting system drawings. They shall be in good condition. The emergency lighting fixture shall be with red mark. Measure the insulation resistance of light circuit is not less than 1M. 13.2. 试验结果记入表格：试验结果记入表格：A12-01。 13.2. Navigation light test Carry out the function test. Inspect the reliability and function of each switch on navigation light board and check the function of each navigation light failure alarm and the transform of double light. Power for this test shall be supplied by AC 220V power source on main switchboard and AC 220V power source on emergency switchboard receptively. After test to measure the insulation resistance of light circuit is not less than 1M. 13.3. 试验结果记入表格：试验结果记入表格：A12-02。 13.3. Signal light test Carry out the function test. Inspect the reliability and function of each switch on signal light board and check the function of each navigation light failure alarm and the transform of double light. Power for this test shall be supplied by AC 220V power source on main switchboard and AC 220V power source on emergency switchboard receptively. After test to measure the insulation resistance of light circuit is not less than 1M. 14.试验结果记入表格：A12-03。 14. 其它试验其它试验 14.检查照明系统的最后分路的电压降，230V电路应不超过标称电压 的6%，24V电路不超过10%。 14.测量照明回路的绝缘电阻，其值应不小于1兆欧。 14.试验结果记入表格：A12-04。 14.Interior communication system 14.1. sound power telephone Check the completion of the installation for sound powered telephone system. Communication test to be carried out. Check the call function by call lamp and bell. 14.2.试验结果记入表格：A13-01。 14.2. Automatic telephone Check the completion of installation for automatic telephone system. Communication test shall be carried out to check the correctness of telephone numbers plate. Check the working condition of signal light and bell for telephone call. Verify that the operation of the signal interface of other system. It shall be normal. 14.3.试验结果记入表格：A13-02。 14.3. Elec.clock Check the completion of the installation for clock system. Carry out the function test. Adjust the master clock and check the time synchronization of slave clock. To inspect the time output signal of elec. clock. 15.试验结果记入表格：A13-03。 15.Interior alarm system 15.1. Public addresser Check the completion and correctness of installation for public addresser. Function test to be carried out for public addresser. Verify that the operation of the signal interface of general alarm and automatic telephone. It shall be normal. 15.2.试验结果记入表格：A14-01。 15.2. Talk back system Check the talk back function among navigation, bridge, forecastle, stern and the life boat embarkation. 15.3.试验结果记入表格：A14-02。 15.3.General alarm Service test of general alarm shall be carried out. Verify that the operation of the signal interface of fire alarm system and fog horn. It shall be normal. 15.4.试验结果记入表格：A14-03。 15.4. Others Check the following equipment for function: -Refrigerated chamber emergency calling -CO2 release alarm -Hospital call alarm -Dead man alarm -Cargo hold smoke detection system -Water tight door alarm system 15.5.试验结果记入表格：A14-04。 15.5. Engine room group alarm device Check the completion and correctness of installation for E/R group alarm system. Carry out the simulated service test for all alarm signals to be input, the operation of E/R group alarm shall be normal. Verify the correctness and reliability of visible and audible signal on alarm column for different alarm. 15.6.试验结果记入表格：A14-05。 15.6. Navigation watch alarm system Check the completion and correctness of installation for navigation watch alarm system. Carry out the simulated service test for all alarm signals to be input, the operation of navigation watch alarm shall be normal. 16.试验结果记入表格：A14-06。 16.Fire detecting and alarm device 火灾报警系统火灾报警系统 Inspect the completion and correctness of installation for fire detecting and alarm system. Carry out the simulated service test for fire detector and manual alarm push button and check panel and repeaters if necessary, they shall be correct. Verify the linkage between fire detecting alarm device and general alarm. Check the output signal of fire alarm system to E/R group
