山东大学硕l j 学位论文 摘要 取效行为作为施事行为的影响和结果是奥斯丁言语行为理论中一个不可分 割的部分。但是，在现实生活中有大量的例子表明取效行为没有成功地产生说话 人预想的影响和结果，我们就把这种取效行为称作“取效行为失败 。本文通过 对中英文影视作品中包含取效行为失败的对话实例的收集和分析，对取效行为失 败进行了定量的研究。 本文试图从原因和补救策略两个方面探究取效行为失败现象。首先，本文从 对话的参与者角度探讨了造成取效行为失败的具体原因，然后对取效行为失败以 后参与者为挽救失败所采取的策略进行了细致的统计和分析。最后，以此为基础 对英汉两种语言在原因和策略的异同点进行了对比分析，并且从语言与文化和社 会的关系的角度给与了简要的解释。 本文一共分为五部分。第一章对取效行为在国内外的研究情况进行了简要的 概述，并且对本文的研究动机和研究方法进行了介绍。第二章和第三章是建立在 数据的统计分析的基础上，对言语行为失败的原因和结果进行了以参与者为标准 的分类和分析。 第二章分别从说话者、听话者的角度对引起取效行为失败的原因进行了详细 的分类。通过分析发现，由说话者一方引起的取效行为失败有三种原因，听话者 一方有四种原因，除此之外还有由双方共同的原因导致的取效行为失败。在每一 类的原因后面，都采用了典型的例证对该种分类进行了分析说明。 第三章主要围绕补救取效行为失败的策略的展开。研究发现说话者在补救策 略方面有更广泛的选择，而听话者采取的策略则更加简洁，分为积极补救与消极 放弃两种类型。另外，值得指出的是，对话进行时出现的来自第三方的补救策略 有时也是至关重要的。 第四章建立在前两章的分类和分析的基础上，对于英汉两种语言中的取效行
